Never again. They always forget to give us at least one item that was ordered. The girl working there made sure that I knew she was irritated that she had to make a plain bagel with cream cheese again. Handed it to me with no apology or even eye contact. When you mess up and forget to put something in a bag, at least apologize to a paying customer who is driving back. It pains me to do this but I have to give this 1 star. Over the weekend around breakfast/lunch there’s no chance you get your order in less than 45 min - 1 hour. And that’s with multiple people in the line walking out the door cuz they can’t take it anymore. Totally unfair to the staff who are working hard to fulfill orders. To the owner making comments about being short staffed: DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT. If you tried to wait in line at your own store you’d see how impossible it is to be a customer there. Love the food but I can’t justify that kind of wait.

Ordered two French toast and what I got was two bagels with jalapenos in them. I got all the way to Grove City and was going to eat them for breakfast. 😝 I had to throw them away. Very disappointed.

Food is amazing! Love their matcha mint chip drink! Service is quick and friendly. Only thing im not a fan of is the close their shop earlier then the closing time on Google.
There’s absolutely NO reason it should take an hour to place an order for JUST bagels. Didn’t even get them toasted or made into sandwiches. You should have a line for “bagels only” and someone checking those people out in order to run more efficiently and get people through the line quicker that don’t want anything fancy. We shouldn’t have to stand there for an hour just for this. Also, the older blonde lady working Sunday had ZERO hustle in her at all regardless of the line being wrapped around the store. She acted like there was nobody in there. It was crazy to me. Poor management will run this place into the ground.

Maybe the worst ran bagel shop I’ve been in. Even though 6 people were working behind the counter, they all seem to work 1 order at a time. 1 order at a time with 6 people working is just kind of nutty. The non stop high school conversations might be the issue of taking orders and getting the food made and the only adult there also chimes in on the fun of high school drama. I went in for 4 bagels not even made up, 3 people in line in front if me and home how this took 35+ minutes to get my order. The bagels are below mid also, they are basically just heating up Pepperidge Fames bagels slapping some Temptee whipped to all heck cream cheese on there and trying to pass it off as something amazing. Flat out if you want to stand around 35+ minutes to get a 3 out of 10 bagel then head over. This place isn’t worth the stop, you’ll get better service legit anywhere else with a better product for sure. Waste of time and money.
