They could do better with the flow of placing your order and paying for the food. It is poorly designed resulting in people waiting in line to place their order then having to step aside so others could pay for their completed order.

Good food but anytime I try to call an order in I get a busy signal, repeatedly, like they took the phone off the hook. It has happened multiple times now on a Saturday so we had to scramble to make other lunch plans. I could order online but it charges a "convenience fee". Isn't it more convenient for them if you order online? Done trying, I'd rather go somewhere that appreciates my business.

Favorite bagel shop but awful method for pick up orders. Just stood in the pickup line for 25 minutes. Had every employee look at me and not ask if I was there to pick up. Ended up leaving without it. And instead of having it over by the counter, it's on the toaster in a bag where I guess everyone forgets about it. The whole point of ordering ahead is so you don't have to wait in a long line. Seems like everyone worries about the people standing in line and not the pick-up area. Why ask when I want to pick it up if I have to stand there for 25 minutes and not get spoken to one time by an employee. Absolutely ridiculous!

Typically my go to spot for breakfast bagels but whoever is making them needs major retraining. In the weeks since moving to their new location the quality has dropped off tremendously. The bagels are completely uneven, very fat, wide on one side, then razor thin and skinny on the other. They used to be consistently sized now they are all lopsided. If they can fix that I'd gladly put this back to 5 stars.

I always order specialty sandwiches for myself and my crew that includes a pickle and chips. Today I was told they don't serve chips n pickle with their breakfast sandwiches 😒 was was obviously a mistake. After fixing her mistake she turns around n tells me they have no more chips and blows me off to serve the next customer. I get back with the food and the order is missing half the things I payed for, I called to explain and was told i shouldn't leave without check my food like that's my fault for their mistake. They really feel off I'm not going there anymore.

I’m a little bummed. I just had to leave. There is a long line this morning and the ladies preparing the food are just taking their sweet time walking and smiling at each other. One of the girls also wiped a food scraper on the trash can and put it back on the counter for it to be used. Maybe it was just a bad morning but I ended up going to not just bagels and wow what a difference.

I always have a very good experience there. I've been going there since 2005 And have not stopped yet. I enjoy the selection of bagels. My preferred bagel is an everything bagel. I usually buy a Baker's Dozen. Every time I go in. I never have anything bad to say bagels are always good foods, always good.
Staff is always super friendly, orders take no more than a few minutes to prep. Place can get crowded sometimes but thats just a testimoney to how good their food and service is.

Best bagels, period. They just moved into a larger space two doors down from where they were and there was more room to sit and enjoy a meal. Of course, the staff continues to be top notch in taking and preparing our orders.
