They could do better with the flow of placing your order and paying for the food. It is poorly designed resulting in people waiting in line to place their order then having to step aside so others could pay for their completed order.

Favorite bagel shop but awful method for pick up orders. Just stood in the pickup line for 25 minutes. Had every employee look at me and not ask if I was there to pick up. Ended up leaving without it. And instead of having it over by the counter, it's on the toaster in a bag where I guess everyone forgets about it. The whole point of ordering ahead is so you don't have to wait in a long line. Seems like everyone worries about the people standing in line and not the pick-up...

I always have a very good experience there. I've been going there since 2005 And have not stopped yet. I enjoy the selection of bagels. My preferred bagel is an everything bagel. I usually buy a Baker's Dozen. Every time I go in. I never have anything bad to say bagels are always good foods, always good.
