Unfortunately, there have been instances where food has been forgotten or disposed of before customers could take it home. However, the staff is recognized for their exceptional customer service, such as re-cooking food for customers when there has been a delay. There was also a positive experience where the manager went above and beyond to ensure a customer's Valentine's Day was not ruined by offering to re-heat the food that was ordered for takeout, which had been delayed due to an extended hospital visit. Despite some shortcomings, the staff's attentiveness and willingness to accommodate customers' needs are commendable.
