We came and forgot that our Alex lemonade stand coupon didn't start til September 1st. We were fully prepared to save our coupon with no worries but Terrance was amazing and super accommodating! We love this place!

Spent 88.00 for 3 people. No alcohol involved. The chicken was overcooked on 2 plates, the fries were cold and the riblets were super tough. Disappointed and most likely done with Applebees.

I hadn't been to applebees in 5 years, when I decided to take my toddler out for lunch today because it was near shopping we were doing. I ordered an old favorite, something I had gotten many years ago the crispy chicken salad. It was ok. But half the size it used to be and the breadstick was definitely deep fried then sitting under a lamp. Found rotten greens in it too. My toddler loves noodles. So I got her the chicken Alfredo and it was literally just greasy, bland noodles with canned chicken in it. Absolutely foul. She didn't even eat it after trying it. Server was very cool, nice and everything. It just is bad food.

Stopped by to grab a burger to dine in on a whim. The waitress was as cold as the mostly empty restaurant. When I had an issue with the order she immediately assumed I was mad and even told me so and went for management. I ended up getting my order to go. The burger was good. The atmosphere was not. I should have looked at the reviews first😕

Thankful for free Veterans Day meal, BUT the chicken finger platter had to be the worst I've ever had. The service was great. The manager made a table visit.

Dined in and Wait staff were incredibly rude and uninterested in actually doing their jobs. Had to ask to get silverware after waiting almost 5 minutes after getting it and had dirty dishes sat on our table for the entire meal. They sat a 6 top at a small booth and proceeded to give two members in the group the completely wrong order and got annoyed when they were told it was wrong.

We were traveling from CT to TN, it was dinner time and Applebee's was listed on the interstate sign. Truthfully I'm not sure what town we were near. We had great, quick service. The food was awesome, very delicious! We were stuffed and got back on the road. Not all Applebee's are the same, this location was exceptional!
