Got a turkey and chese mikes way and they absolutely soaked it in oil making the bread soggy , im so pissed its not even funny , ruined my lunch , who ever made this sandwich , u deserve hellfire

Every Jersey Mike's sub that I've tried has been excellent. I'm partial to the Tuna and also the Big Kahuna cheese steak. Tuna can be hit and miss at many restaurants, but it's always excellent here. The service is generally very good as well. Most of the staff I've dealt with have been friendly, upbeat anna helpful. That's a refreshing change from a lot of other places these days. Pricing here is very reasonable as well, especially for quality ingredients.

Sandwich was soggy asked for no oil and vinegar and it was still put on their the gentleman ignored me...it's a great place to get food just wish they would actually listen to what the customer want

Not sure who they have making sandwiches there now but the quality has gone down significantly. Last 2 times I ordered cheesesteaks there's hardly any meat and the cheese isn't even melted. Come on guys. Would you want to be served that? Your charging top dollar for these sandwiches. They should be coming out flawlessly for the amount of money your charging.

I’ve been going ones a week for about a year now and I really liked this restaurant but today was a really bad experience and I’m really not sure if I will go back. The young man working was so rude wanted to argue and roll his eyes because he didn’t understand what I was asking and then said I never said it when I did it was very judgmental and argumentative. Be aware if you go there.
