Made a mobile order and tried to pick it up at 8pm. (an hour before they close) I go through the drive thru and they say they are all out of dark meat? How is kfc out of chicken? anyways i say i dont want it anymore and to cancel the order and they said i have to do it online. There is no way for me to cancel my order and im screwed out of 10 bucks

Hello my name is Dennis I came to this establishment right after a long days at work I had my mind on those wings I asked for 6 honey bbq and 6 spicy and they gave me 12 spicy just to top it off my chicken is old I ate two and couldn’t eat anymore I even told the drive thru guy that I think I’m missing wings he then ask the guy who was preparing another order and said that it was in the box I got home and no honey bbq they have to do better and make sure you don’t give people old or reheated food please and thank you have a great day

Best chicken sandwich around honestly, BUT only when the oil in the fryer hasn’t been used all day and in most cases the management ignores changing the oils in the fryer because it makes their job easier. I get there when the open and grab that chicken sandwich and it’s awesome.

It's KFC. I've always liked the mash and gravy. The prices have certainly increased. I'd say more than other fast food places. Service at this specific KFC is on point though.

Ordered the 12 piece chicken tenders with sauce, no side, no drinks, and no meal. When the employee told me the cost, I misheard it as $20.08. When pulling up to the window, I was shocked to pay $28 for 12 chicken tenders, not even the size of my hand. The employees were nice, the chicken tasted good, but the shrinkflation and cost are ridiculous. It is too expensive to continue coming here.
