My wife and I have gotten sick on 3 different occasions. I tried to make a complaint with health dept. No luck they wanted receipts of the days we bought the food. Who keeps fast food receipts? No other way to contact Mcdonalds.

Honestly the worst McDonald’s in the Valley. The staff is rude (called my wife stupid on the phone when they didn’t realize they hadn’t hung up). Wait times for mobile orders are always terrible. Ordered a pick up large soft drink and waited 15+ minutes before i had to flag someone down. The staff doesn’t even acknowledge customers who walk in. If you want to go to a McDonald’s go to the Village Lane one in Macungie.

Playplace randomly closed. Lots of unhappy kids eating nuggets just staring at the slides. Bad time for this to happen when it’s cold outside, kids are on break, and need an outlet for their energy. Left without even getting food.

This McDonald's passed me off so bad . I stopped there tonight 9/13/25 about 9pm just to get coffee before I went to work i pull up i order ONLY COFEE . I waited 30 fing minutes in the line I get to the window only for them to tell me they dont have any coffee they could've told me that when I ordered instead I get to the window its like 20 workers in the damn McDonald's just standing around unacceptable it should've been made or I should've been told that they didn't have it when I ordered not 30 mins after waiting in line waste of time

they might as well be closed at 10pm. sit here for a half hour in the drive thru and don't even get to get to the window to pick up the order i did thru the app. go somewhere that is actually ready to serve you during their advertised business hours.

was told the Frappe machine was being changed and asked to wait in spot 1. After 10 minutes, I left because it should not take that long for fast food and I have work to be at. The car next to me did the same thing and left without his even before me

This is a decent McDonalds. I think they do a lot of training at this one. I've probably been going here for 20 years or so and it's been pretty consistent. A varied mix of tons of employees over the years but it's decent food with decent service.
