This McDonalds has been going down hill for while and getting worse. Just picked up an order curbside and ordered 2 double cheeseburgers and 1 cheeseburger all with extra onion. Well they must have run out of onions each burger had about 5-6 little pieces you needed a magnifying glass to find them. The best part of the meal was the French fries we bought at Wendy’s.

French fries were cold, no sodas were available, waited long time for lemonade. Men's restroom was filthy, blood and feces on toilet and vomit it corner. Also, used toilet paper on the floor, disgusting. Worst McDonalds experience ever.

Couldn't understand what the lady was saying until I pulled cold soggy hash browns from the bottom of the bag. You need to retrain how to pack to go orders. Why on earth would you put them on the bottom of the bag on a cold counter top?

We submitted a mobile order, arrived, and began our wait in the lobby. Eventually, an employee asked us what we were waiting for, and we told him. They never got our food, which made us late for where we were going. We had to leave without eating. The employee became rude and said, "It's not our fault." I will never be back to this location.

This mcdonalds is incapable of making proper mcdonalds french fries. They never put salt on and they over cook them often.

Evening Staff seems to be stand offish, to get their attention I had to basically raise my voice to the point of almost screaming, even though multiple staff had passed me and made eye contact. Employees standing close by were chit chatting (which is cool, i don’t expect them to be robots on the job) but they could’ve taken a sec to see if I’ve been helped, and I’ve seen them completely ignore someone basically yelling for help. Multiple times we were missing food, did not get sauces or spoons that we asked for. The food is good, had no issue with that. The playground is nice and big for kids but please bundle them up unless they decide to change the temp, it is often freezing in that room. I’ve been here multiple times with kids for dine in so I cannot give an opinion on the drive through.
Be very careful I ordered a quarter pounder and it was raw. I called and the manager said she checks thr boiler daily obviously not. It was 12:12 so noon ish and pray they did better after me o could taste the rawness thank god I stopped eating it!
