The roll was hard as hell. Potato salad was spoiled and the person that waited on me was on his phone talking to someone. They say number 1 in USA that's a lie they suck will never go to one again. And on top of the for a 9 inch a soda,small bag of chips and potato salad 28 bucks this place

I placed an online order for sandwiches from this store. The order is not ready at the time it was scheduled, when my son got home, we realize one of the sandwiches we ordered and paid for, was missing. I attempted to contact the store, they hung up on me twice and then stopped answering their phone all together. Finally got in touch with the manager who assured me that the general manager would call me back. I also followed up with an email. Never heard back from anyone. Worst customer service ever. And I paid for food that I did not receive.

I like the old owners there was better service you were mess ups in orders my last order they totally got wrong. It was for work so we just sucked it up and ate it.

I went in for two hoagies, and at first it seems like the two people working there didn’t really want to be there (especially the guy on the register). I ordered two hoagies and I had coupons to use. He said here is your total. I said that doesn’t sound right. I add up the 2 hoagies and say this should be my total. They said no, this is your total ($5 more than what the menu says). I pointed to the menu screen. There are the prices, how did you get $5 more? He shows me the register screen and the price in the system is more than the menu. I asked why. He said new ownership. He hands me a paper menu and says these are the new prices (more than the screens). Ask, will you give me the screen prices? Answer is no. I walked out.

Primo makes a great sandwich. The hoagie bread is always fresh and very different from places like WAWA, Subway and Jersey Mike’s. The meats are top tier. The only gripe I have is this last time I ordered I felt like they skimped out on the meats. That wasn’t the case with my past orders. Maybe it was the person making the sandwiches that day? I don’t know but I will definitely try it again.

We have been going to Primo Hoagie for years. Today we ordered our sandwiches and took them home. We first noticed that the bread didn’t look the same and taking a bite we all said the same thing! “ The bread is different! It’s too chewy!” To be certain I called the primo hoagie shop and spoke with the manager. I asked if they changed the hoagie rolls and he said “ Yes it’s fresh”. I’m sorry to say I will not be paying the Primo price for these “Sub”par sandwiches!! The staff are terrific but the product sucks!If they bring the original style bread back then we will be back. But until that time we will not be buying primos!!!
