I’ve been a regular customer at this Starbucks inside Giant for over 8 years, and the last two days have been honestly terrible. The girl who prepares the lattes has been extremely rude both times. Her facial expression looks like she hates the entire world, and the attitude matches it.
Yesterday I ordered an extra hot venti latte and waited for about 15 minutes. She released every cold drink first, while my latte was left sitting at the end of the counter for no clear reason. We all have busy schedules, and waiting this long for a simple drink doesn’t make sense.
When I approached and politely asked, “When will the venti latte be ready?” she snapped, “It’s coming!” — short, sharp, and rude. When the drink was finally ready, she slammed it on the counter and just said, “Latte!” Usually baristas call out the full drink name — “extra hot latte,” “dragon drink,” “hot mocha,” anything — but this time the energy was the complete opposite of what Starbucks is known for.
People come to Starbucks not only for coffee but for a positive morning experience. Instead, the interaction leaves an unpleasant feeling that ruins the start of the day. This is disappointing, especially considering the excellent service Giant usually provides in every corner of the store.

Me and my boyfriend ordered the new Horchata shaken espresso from here and the older lady at the counter visibly rolled her eyes and started making rude comments about it to her coworker right in front of us. She continued making joking remarks about us ordering this to her coworker the entire time we waiting for the drink to be made. Super unprofessional and uncomfortable. The other two younger girls were quiet and not engaging much with the older woman. Honestly felt bad for the two other girls that have to work with this obnoxiously rude woman.

I was in the area and I decided to give this Starbucks a try. I don’t shop at Giant do I was specifically going into the store for Starbucks. I was pleasantly surprised. The staff members were friendly and my drink was delicious. Thank you for making this a good overall experience.

To say the least the 5 stars are for the staff and not the establishment its self, the staff were absolutely amazing under so much pressure of a waiting line. I got cash back during my transaction hoping to leave these hard workers a tip, the person taking my order informed me while they were thankful for my offer of leaving a tip that they were not allowed to accept them. I think this is unacceptable and giant or starbucks should absolutely do better and for that alone I would give zero stars. Thank you for your hard work today I couldn't imagine working in the food service industry
