Sat in the drive through for a while and nobody answered, tried to go inside but they started closing earlier than they’re supposed to. Saw another car in the drive through so tried again, I ordered a baconator with no mayo and a girl basically threw it at me and walked away. Got home and saw that they didn’t put ketchup or bacon on my baconator, just cheese. 8.26 for a plain burger with cheese lol no wonder it’s dead there, one guy was cool though but never coming back

There was no customers inside we walked in and waited to be served. No one greeted us or even acknowledged our existence. After over 5 minutes we walked out. Apparently these employees don't care. And store makes so much money they don't need to sell product. I would avoid this place and eat at places that

This location isn’t good, it’s really never been good. Like I really don’t understand how hard it is to check that you put everything in an order correctly? It’s not rocket science it’s putting fries in a bag, which seems like a big struggle at this location for years now.

I love Wendy’s food, but I’ve been burned by them several times in the past. And it’s between these two things:- either the app will steal your money. For example, you order something on the app and when you get to the restaurant, they have no record of it.Or- The customer service at Wendy’s is always in my experience - horrible. I took one look at the cleanliness which was bad and the employees attitudes and how they’re going about their daily tasks, and it just wasn’t up to any standard so based on experiences in the past, I gracefully bowed out of that place, and went to McDonald’s down the street … where I had a surprisingly better experience.It breaks my heart because Wendy’s has the best bang for the buck, and is my favorite out of all of the fast foods but when you’re abused by your BFF for so long, you gotta make the decision to walk away ??

Kid-friendliness: Kids meal is always fresh, fries are not overly salty, nuggets are not over done.
Ordered for pickup here using the app. On the app, extremely complicated to navigate through and was generally a waste of time. Spicy chicken sandwich which we ordered was not nearly as tasty and quite a bit smaller than it used to be. I guess this is the new Wendy's. We won't be ordering from here in the future.
Wendy's is usually a little slower than other fast food places. This Wendy's did pretty well and the kids enjoyed their meals. Thanks!

Great food. Friendly staff. Everything always tastes so fresh at Wendy's. I never have issues with food not tasting good or feeling gross or sick afterwards like other fast food chains (i.e. Burger King or McDonald's). The staff that night was dealing with a difficult customer ahead of me that night. The staff remained calm & profesional & still greeted me with a smile & friendly attitude.
