I received a warm reception from customers and staff. I placed an order for a plain bagel with cheddar cheese, egg, and bacon. I also ordered a side of home fries. The wait was just short of 10 minutes. It was such a comforting environment I was tempted to stay.

We've stopped by the 3 Star Diner for some breakfast while we were in the area. The Monte Cristo breakfast sandwich was delicious! A Must Try! The Fried Calamari tasted frozen and store-bought, so feel free to skip that. Service is fast and friendly. Small Diner - great for the Trooper neighborhood!

There is absolutely nothing three star about this Diner. This Diner has extremely friendly staff, wonderful food , and excellent prices. Having dined here on several occasions we have always gotten the same service and delicious food. It's a little hard to find because of where it sits on Ridge Pike but, if you know where the gas station is at the corner of Park and Ridge Pike and the produce building next to the gas station 3 Star Diner is located in the shopping center next to that. 3 Star Diner is definitely a place to give a try. The friendly staff and great service is worth the trip alone. Biscuits and gravy delicious. Along with all the other food that we have had there. They need to rename it Five Star Diner
