Came from Canton to have a quick dinner for 3 boys, bought 2 4 piece nugget happy meals and a 6 piece, got home to discover i was only given enough chicken nuggets for 1 four piece nugget meal and a 6 piece... my 3 year old was balling because he didn't have nuggets in his box... I would have went back to talk to someone but I have practice and a meeting to deal with and live in canton! do better! you guys made a little boy ball his eyes out tonight because someone didn't get the memo that it was 3 chicken nugget meals! do better!

I’ve been to this McDonald’s a handful of times because I work in the area. Sometimes my food is cold but I will say that every single worker I’ve encountered so far (I go late evening around 9/930) has been super nice and friendly!! And I think that needs to be acknowledged.

This is by far the worst McDonald’s I’ve been to. 2 days in a row my order has been messed up. I ordered hotcakes and sausage yesterday, when I got my food there was no sausage. And as always I was not given my receipt. I went back through the drive through where the McDoanlds worker(who I’m pretty sure is a manager) proceeded to argue with me (what happened to the customers always right?) and say I only ordered hotcakes (mind you I get the same breakfast everyday) today I got two orders of hotcakes with sausage. No butter, no syrup, no napkins, one fork. While my boyfriend went inside to get the syrup and butter I watched 4 cars come and go threw the drive through and had to go back around a second time because I assume their order was messed up. It’s McDonald’s breakfast, everything’s premade there ain’t no damn way the job is that hard. You miss are absolutely awful at your job and honestly should be fired.

I get breakfast here once every couple months. They can never get it right. I get an egg and cheese biscuit, hash brown and orange juice. Seams like an easy order but not for this place. They either put meat on it or just give me an egg sandwich. It's like common. You ask for a couple packs of ketchup and they give you one pack. It's like common what am I gonna do with one pack of ketchup. I don't know why I even try to come here anymore.

This place has really gone downhill…anytime I go my order is messy and not right. I order a special mcchicken with my free item and paid an extra amount to customize it, and I didn’t get the right sandwich. I called and complained a month ago about my messy burgers missing pickles and was offered a free meal if I told them but why should I trust them to correct it when they ALWAYS mess up? This is clearly a grill staff issue as I worked at this establishment for a while and know how it runs. Managers, please manage and enforce good work in your establishment because it’s pretty clear someone is running a loose business. Also ordered two pies an hour before closing which take ten minutes to make and they refused to make them and I got no refund or replacement, great business being ran!!
Had to wait at least over 8 minutes to get waited on ...then the bathroom was disgusting ..garbage was full and over flowing in bathroom stall ..workers were too lazy to put toilet paper on roll ....

My last 3 times coming here have been awful experiences. The one time I waited 30 minutes at the drive thru speaker before anyone even came to take our order. The second time I waited probably about the same amount of time at the speaker and then again waited 15 minutes just to get my food. When I left and opened my box to my Big Mac there was only 1 burger on it. The last time I got my order and drove home and ended up coming back with my receipt due to items missing. An entire bacon double burger, bbq sauce and 2 chocolate milks for the kids happy meals. Not to mention most of the staff is straight up rude. I had 3 large drinks on that order and she tried handing them all to me. I had to ask for a drink carrier which apparently comes free with a bad attitude.
