Food is good here. Always fresh. My only issue is I’ve had orders mixed up. Today I ordered a $5 meal deal. Ordered the McDouble version and got my order with a McChicken instead and was not given my BBQ sauce. Considering this is on my lunch time, it’s an issue. Great food here, good ppl, just need to get more accurate on orders.

Waited in line for almost 20 minutes even though we ordered food on the mobile app. Got our food, shorted us 2 chicken nuggets, sandwiches were just thrown in the bag as if they were in a hurry. Food was very cold and soggy. Absolutely disgusting.

I realize this is just a McDonald’s, but I felt compelled to leave a review. Two things that stood out with this particular restaurant was the service and cleanliness. I have not come across a McDonald’s this clean in a VERY long time. In fact there was a staff member outside cleaning the window ledges, very meticulously I might add. Also, they provided me a table tent number and delivered my food order right to the table. Kudos to the owner and manager at list McDonald’s, more should follow your lead.

Waited in the drive thru line forever. Once they finally handed me the food I ended up asking for more fries. All 3 orders of large fries were only half full. The young girl snatched the bag from my and huffed off. When she brought them back I said thank you, but she said whatever and closed the window. I had 2 Mc Chicken sandwiches, but could only eat one of them. One sandwich was so rock hard that I could tap it on the table. If I lived closer, then I would have taken the sandwich back. I have been a waitress for 39 years and know about customer service. This McDonald's needs to train some of their employees better! Ridiculous! I didn't catch the brats name, but she was young with glasses and working at 7:00 p.m. on 3/8/24.
