I’ve been to this McDonald’s a handful of times because I work in the area. Sometimes my food is cold but I will say that every single worker I’ve encountered so far (I go late evening around 9/930) has been super nice and friendly!! And I think that needs to be acknowledged.
Service had been very slow lately. One trip through the drive-thru the person tried to be slick and add a shake to our order. When, at the window, we questioned it, he said I thought you ordered it. Mind you he never asked what flavor. Needless to say they didn't get their shake paid for that they tried to slip past us. Then last trip the service was extremely slow again. Both of our Double Quarter Pounders were raw in the middle. Of course we didn't know that until...
I realize this is just a McDonald’s, but I felt compelled to leave a review. Two things that stood out with this particular restaurant was the service and cleanliness. I have not come across a McDonald’s this clean in a VERY long time. In fact there was a staff member outside cleaning the window ledges, very meticulously I might add.
