Service had been very slow lately. One trip through the drive-thru the person tried to be slick and add a shake to our order. When, at the window, we questioned it, he said I thought you ordered it. Mind you he never asked what flavor. Needless to say they didn't get their shake paid for that they tried to slip past us. Then last trip the service was extremely slow again. Both of our Double Quarter Pounders were raw in the middle. Of course we didn't know that until...
I realize this is just a McDonald’s, but I felt compelled to leave a review. Two things that stood out with this particular restaurant was the service and cleanliness. I have not come across a McDonald’s this clean in a VERY long time. In fact there was a staff member outside cleaning the window ledges, very meticulously I might add. Also, they provided me a table tent number and delivered my food order right to the table. Kudos to the owner and manager at list McDonald’s,...
Customer service is quick and correct but the newer' menu board is annoying, unable to see my running order until I asked then it switched off the menu screen to just my running order. It should show both at the same time to lesson confusing and speed up Drive-Thru
