Something told me to open my cup of lemonade to find a piece of hair on the side of the cup inside of the cup at that this place used to be really good. This used to be the best Burger King around in my eyes but now it’s completely horrible. My sandwich was disgusting. My fries were undercooked And cold.

Constantly getting the orders wrong, pre ordered food 30 minutes in advance, still had to wait to get it after arriving. And after waiting for 10 minutes, I get home and the order is wrong.

This place needs to learn how to manage orders. Huge line in the store and no one at the counter to take orders and the drive through was prioritized over everyone else. As a result the people in the restaurant waited for 15/20 minutes. This location always has a line, they can obviously afford to hire more staff to handle the workload.

The whole complete order was screwed up,, went through the drive-thru again and it still wasn't right,, the third time through it still wasn't right,, I just gave up on trying to talk with crackheads then left with what I had,,, which was, still not correct ,,don't bother going to corporate because they won't do nothing about it
