I'm not sure what's going on with this location. I normally order ahead using the mobile app with minimal issues until recently. Recently, I've been being pulled forward once I get to the window. I understand when I'm ordering six drinks, but I'm ordering two drinks. How is it any different than if I just ordered at the intercom? Yesterday was the final straw when I sat pulled forward for 25 minutes. Sorry, MayBrands, Dallas is too far of a drive, but I hear Unwind has good coffee.

Night time services sucks balls! Waited in line for 10 mins +. There is no reason for it! Also they screw up my order every single time!!! It’s frustrating and then had the audacity to act like it was my fault and were very rude
Ordered my coffee. Watched the women who made it sneeze into her hands and then proceeded to make our iced coffee and regular hot coffee. Touching both cups and utensils to stir the iced coffee. I asked for slip covers for the cups and was told they did not have any. Its was absolutely gross and she should have washed her hands before making the drinks. She was an older women with grey hair pulled up. Will not return here.

The people are friendly, I love going there to see my daughter. The only issue is they only use one stir to stir the coffee's, and I have a nut allergy, so I have to let them know at drive thru that I will stir it myself. Yes, they have a liquid to clean after every use but not taking that chance. Plus their bacon is better than any other dunkin. More seasoned.
Always a wait here and the staff is always frazzled at the counter. EVERY TIME I order at the counter here. It's a disaster. Food is standard dunkin. Nothing special.
