Great service. The staff are super friendly and kind. The tables could be arranged better since some older folks hang out and at times it is difficult to find a seat. All my orders have been done right the first time.

I ordered a matcha latte with oatmilk and less ice. When I got my order the drink was not even filled to the top . I asked if it can be filled to the top since I am paying for the drink and they said thats how its made. Very disappointing. Please avoid this DD

This Duncan is a little austere but the items served are of high quality. Their staff is dedicated, fast and service oriented.
This location is high volume so there isn't really time to get to know your servers or their managers but they are a good hard working crew.

Service was great and I really enjoyed the drink, I just wish I could tip at the front counter with my card because I don’t carry cash. They should include some kind of card tipping system so I could help out these young employees.
I'm not sure what's going on with this location. I normally order ahead using the mobile app with minimal issues until recently. Recently, I've been being pulled forward once I get to the window. I understand when I'm ordering six drinks, but I'm ordering two drinks. How is it any different than if I just ordered at the intercom? Yesterday was the final straw when I sat pulled forward for 25 minutes. Sorry, MayBrands, Dallas is too far of a drive, but I hear Unwind has good coffee.
