Great service. The staff are super friendly and kind. The tables could be arranged better since some older folks hang out and at times it is difficult to find a seat. All my orders have been done right the first time.
This Duncan is a little austere but the items served are of high quality. Their staff is dedicated, fast and service oriented.
This location is high volume so there isn't really time to get to know your servers or their managers but they are a good hard working crew.

The people are friendly, I love going there to see my daughter. The only issue is they only use one stir to stir the coffee's, and I have a nut allergy, so I have to let them know at drive thru that I will stir it myself. Yes, they have a liquid to clean after every use but not taking that chance. Plus their bacon is better than any other dunkin. More seasoned.
