I bought a large soft twist in a cone today. Date 6/1/24. Most I've ever paid for an ice-cream in my entire life. It didn't even taste good. Skimping on ingredients for sure! I feel so ripped off I was obligated to write this review. Sorry... couldn't find the zero star

Simply put, horrible owners, horrible service, but didn’t used to be that way. Then to learn they fired Emily for getting a large tip ? That’s truly insanity at its finest. Sad to say but I see The Freez becoming The Flopp soon. Used to go there frequently when I was in Pittsburg and went to Buffalo, but never go there again.
