Jersey Mike's Subs

3 people working and get ignored for 10 minutes. Then they take the persons order who walked in after me. Were they ever trained?

I am in town for work and have tried this place a few times. The food is good. I have tried a couple cold subs and a couple hot. The only bad food experience was soggy bread from too much oil&vinegar.

Service is hit or miss. Some staff super friendly, other staff not friendly or helpful. I showed up today at 845pm thinking we could order some sandwiches before they closed at 9pm but the place was cleaned out. Grill clean, all food put away, they were sweeping the floors. I get that it can suck to get last minute orders, but if you are closed at 830, put 830 so i don't drive to get food.

We work long hours and there aren't a lot of food options when we finish our jobs. It would help if your hours reflect when you are serving food so people don't waste time.

I get Jersey mikes all the time back home in Nashville and it’s really good but this location sucked ordered a 56 it was cold the cheese was just put on top instead of being mixed with the meat what meat their was never going back to that location

It takes a lot for me to leave a negative review. This is the third time in a row I have had a poor experience at this location. I ordered on the mobile app 15 minutes ahead of time and arrived two minutes before my scheduled pickup time. I was greeted upon my arrival and was told it would be a few minutes until my sub was ready. I was kind and understanding as it seemed they were very busy at the moment. As I was waiting, three new customers walked in and ordered at the counter. All three customers received their orders and checked out before I was informed they were out of the bread that I ordered. Two out of the three people who walked in and ordered after me received this specific bread I ordered. I told them the regular bread would be fine as a replacement and I waited another 10 minutes before my sub was ready. When I got home there was barely any meat on my sub. It was literally just tomato, lettuce, and onion with minimal meat that I could barely even tell was there. I paid 18 dollars for this sub and even tipped the employees an extra two. I love Jersey Mikes but this location is far from consistent and is not up to par with other locations I have visited frequently. I have had way too many bad experiences here to go back.

I can't post a five star simply because there is no menu change ever. No special of the month.. No try this new sub.... Just same old same old.

I used to never have problems with my online orders but this is the first to pay 20 dollars for them to forget to add lettuce and ranch that’s ridiculous.

Cheese steak sub. Soggy bland onions, can't taste any peppers or even steak. Didn't find any mushrooms. Terrible cheese. Overall taste disgusting couldn't even eat it. Will never ever eat there again.

Placed a catering order for my son's graduation party this past weekend after our original plan fell through. Not only could I place the order the day before but I was very pleased with the pricing and quality of the hoagies. I highly recommend this service and will definitely be placing more orders in the future.
