My expectations for buffets are usually pretty low, but this one was beyond horrible. Lots of empty pans on the buffet. What was on there had been there a while. Couldn't get a refill on my drink to save my life. The tables, walls, ceiling, bathroom, etc were filthy. I haven't been in PA very long, but fithy restaurants seem to be the normal in this state. I'm not sure if a health department even exist. If you stop in here, good luck getting your $15 worth.

This place is literally my Roman Empire. I haven’t been to Manchu years, but we ate there a handful of times when we worked in Tunkhannock. During our last visit, we could audibly hear baby chicks in the their kitchen. I have never stopped thinking about this and wondering WHY they were back there. ?
