I waited for 15 minutes in the drive through for food that came out very cold and not salted fries. Other people were waiting a long time too but people behind me were served before me and I only got a single value meal. I think they forgot about me.

I was told the Double Quarter Pounder with cheese does not come with lettuce, tomato, onion, or pickle, even though the posted ad for the sandwich clearly depicts these items on the sandwich. I will NEVER eat at a McDonalds again.

The food is great but a lot of the time they end up messing up the order during rush hour times like they'll miss you know a french fry or not give you a cheeseburger or it'll say no pickles but they'll be like double on it
Always get a sweet tea with my orders and tonight in my bag I got a straw and cup carrier but no drink. Doesn't happen all the time but everytime something is always missing. I get working in customer service isn't easy as I also do too but it doesn't take much time to just double check orders. Mistakes happen but its also very frequent.

This place was horrible. I saw little kids running about with no supervision! WORST MCDONALDS I HAVE EVER ATTENDED! It was dirty and sticky on my table! The lady was incredibly rude! My fries were ice cold! Please never go to this ramshackle place!

The playhouse is always dirty and I and other people see how some of the staff is so rude . The playhouse needs to be swept and floors need to be mopped a little more often. It's disgusting in there.
