This place was horrible. I saw little kids running about with no supervision! WORST MCDONALDS I HAVE EVER ATTENDED! It was dirty and sticky on my table! The lady was incredibly rude! My fries were ice cold! Please never go to this ramshackle place!

The playhouse is always dirty and I and other people see how some of the staff is so rude . The playhouse needs to be swept and floors need to be mopped a little more often. It's disgusting in there.

Why do they offer mobile ordering when you still have to sit in the drive thru 5-20 minutes. Then you have to go sit in another spot so others can be served. I’m just curious why the food isn’t ready when it’s ordered prior to even being at the restaurant. This isn’t a one time issue. This is everytime I order from this location

Multiple times I have ordered the deluxe McCrispy and have just gotten a normal chicken sandwich. It’s like they either don’t read what is ordered or they just don’t care to put everything on it. Getting almost as bad as the McDonald’s in Montrose if you ask me
