my order was messed up. I called them to let them know of their mistake. Donna said the next time I ordered I would get my stromboli for free. they kept their word. the stromboli that was wrong was amazing. Pete apologized to me at least three times. I will keep going back. my last order was perfect and delicious. prices are fair and the menu is unique.
Called to order pizza and I don't even get a hello-first words were "pick up or delivery'-then asks for first and last name and ph # wihthout even giving me a chance to place my order or ask a question-am I in a police inquiry or am I ordering a pizza? Then the voice sounds muffled and realize he's talking to someone else without him saying "Excuse me or wait a minute"-not very good phone manners. I go in to pick up my pizza and same guy is very short...
Tuesday was our first time eating at any OIP. The sandwiches were got were absolutely superb. Our waiter was very kind and saw to it we had everything we needed. Thanks for making our day a good one.
