I ordered 3 of the stuffed breads tonight. I order from the Tyrone dominos frequently. Never had an issue. Tonight I received the text that the driver was pulling up. 15 min later my order had still not been delivered. I called and the driver delivered my order to the children playing in the street. They informed me that the address I stated was not the address they had in the app. I checked my app and screenshot it at 5:51 pm that the address was infact correct. At 6:08pm I checked to see where my redilivery was and looked at my address and they changed my address to the one they previously delivered to when I did not get my order all to save the delivery drivers ass. This review is only step one of my process. I will be contacting the owner Sheldon as well as other buildings. To deliver to the wrong address is one thing. But to go into an app and change my address to make it look like it was my mistake is another thing. I do NOT recommend anyone to buy from this store. I drove to 17th street in Altoona and they were great.

The food was really tasty. The service was fast, and when it was delivered it was still hot. The guy that brought it was really friendly. I'm definitely going back.

Confusing ordering and pick up process. Unacceptable customer service. I ordered my food online tonight in the parking lot. Order #3913. I was already parked, paid for the order in full, and submitted it on my phone. I waited an appropriate amount of time. While I was waiting I noticed a large sign on the window instructing customers who are picking up to park, check in online, when the order is ready, activate hazard lights, and an employee would be out to hand deliver my order to me. This is my first time picking up at Dominoes, and this location. I watched the order tracker on my phone, still waiting in the parking lot, and when it changed to all red to indicate my order was ready I activated my hazard lights and watched the employees place my fresh food on the shelf. I then waited over 15 min and made eye contact with two separate employees who btw, were not busy, but one phone call, until a third employee came out to indicate they had no curbside orders. I informed him I ordered two pizzas and garlic knots and he went into check, grabbing the order that had been placed over 15 min earlier on the shelf. He hand delivered my order, and informed me sarcastically that the order had been placed for carry out, not curbside pickup. I did not engage with his rudeness, and asked if the food was good while checking it. Both the garlic knots and my thin crust pizza were not hot anymore, while the other hand tossed was still fresh and hot. This comment from the older gentleman was unacceptable. The lack of customer service from anyone of the three employees who I watched all take note of my large black truck with four ways flashing for nearly 20 min, while doing little inside, is unacceptable. I was the only customer vehicle in the parking lot the entire time. Additionally, when I got home I rechecked the ordering process. The online ordering only gives you two options to order. Delivery or Carryout, both have bullets under them grouping all the different methods together into two options. I also noticed and asterix on the carryout options, but after reading the definition which clearly indicates (and I summarize) *at participating locations it is not clear still when arriving and noticing a 36 inch by 24 inch large window sign clearly displayed instructing customers to do exactly as I did. So the process is flawed. The customer service is lacking, and I am super upset that I had to wait for cold food to be brought to my car. Could I have gotten out and went inside, yes, however, as I stated before, this was my first time carrying out at Dominoes, so I thought this was the process. Plus the online process also groups together pickups in an odd way. This was all around was a bad first impression and experience, where any employee with basic customer service skills could have taken initiative to do there customer right. On a side note, though the food was cold, it was quite good after reheating it.

We ordered New York Style pizza and 8 wings. We received the pizza and bread nuggets. Called to have the problem solved and ask for the manager..We paid cash and they wanted to send to our credit card. We paid cash .not giving credit card. We were told they were too busy to bring the wings. Would be over an hour...not happy. Should have been an easy fix. Giving bad review...

Lately the food has been horrible. I ordeed 2 orders of chicken Alfredo with extra Alfredo sauce on both. I got it home and it was so dried up and hard. It was horrible I was very upset. Then I ordered the cinnamon twists and they were hard as a rock. I paid over $22 for horrible food. I always have to ask for extra sauce on my pizzas because they are so dry
Very dissatisfied customer.

I'm not one to do reviews however, this should be addressed. I ordered 2 pizzas 16 garlic and 8 cinnamon twist and when the delivery driver came gave me it I went to put it down to give a tip but they had left before I got back... so, when I got to my order I noticed a pizza was missing so I called directly after and was put on hold for 19minutes and 43 seconds. I gave up and called again and put on hold for about 3 minutes until I told them I'm missing apart of my order and they replied with sorry and said I'd have to wait another 25-30 minutes. I will say the second delivery driver with the tat on his leg, apologized for it all and really stepped up. I was quite impressed.

They charged me 21 bucks for 16 hot wings! Then after telling me that a special pizza was 13.99. They come to the door and charged me 23 and change. I don't write reviews but after that experience. I'll go elsewhere for my food
