Ordered pizza, wings, & breadsticks for delivery tonight. Told 35-40 mins for delivery. Over an hour later (actually 75 mins later) our food showed and it was all cold. Not warm or room temo but actually cold. Food arriving late is one thing but having it be cold? This area isn't that big and there was even steam droplets on the inside of all the boxes from it being so cold. Would like a refund.

Love Tyrone Pizza Hut! I ordered delivery and noticed a drink was forgotten, Echo went above and beyond for me and made sure to go back and delivery another drink! Was not necessary but she made sure she did her good job. Will always come back!

I ordered online. When I got the local puzza hut I went in and was told to wait a minute the person would be there During this time the rude person made some pizzas instead of dealing with me at the counter. My pizza was sitting there in the heated holding area. When this person came to cash me out he was rude and made it seem like I was bothering him.. I should have taken my tip back which I put in the jar as soon as I got there. Needless to say my pizza was not warm and when asked for plates and napkins I got an attitude. I will say this is the first time I have written a bad review but as a customer i expect to be treated better.. I will no longer order from this particular location again.

There was no wait staff. We had a large party coming from delgrosso's. No fountain drinks are available. It literally felt like it was a delivery station. Boxes were on the tables with kits made up for delivery. It felt like eating in wasn't really a option. The staff told us management made those choices to no longer have wait staff. Bring back wait staff and fountain drinks.

We love our local pizza hut. But today I ordered 2 pizzas to be delivered at 4pm. Well they delivered the pizza at 330pm. I needed it at 4 for a birthday party. So now my guests get to eat cold pizza. Thanks ?

Most of the staff are kind but our orders are 8/10x wrong unless you order during the day from the first shift staff. But it's a relaxed environment to enjoy a nice sit down.
We had received some pizza and bread sticks that were overcooked. Called and left a message then went to the website and left a message there as well.Got a call a couple days later from the manager of the store and she was very polite attentive and understanding. She apologized and promptly gave us credit for a $$ amount higher than we paid which allowed us to buy a future meal at Pizza Hut! That's service! Thank you!
Fast delivery each time ( can’t say the same for dominos in Tyrone). They always remember all the sauce and the manager is very nice. Talked to jerry yesterday in the store and the staff is great. Great food.
