Very good food and super friendly service. Definitely the way a small town restaurant atmosphere should be. Will definitely return next time we are passing through!

Nice, clean place. We had breakfast and really enjoyed it. The sausage gravy was very good! We will definitely be back.
I wish there were 6 stars. We took the soup / salad bar and both soups were outstanding! Same for the salads.

Traditional American breakfast in the heart of America, small town USA, Ulysses, Pa. Warm, friendly service reminiscent of how things used to be, where the pace of life was less hectic, and people spend time in small talk with the best company.

Delicious fish fry. Excellent friendly customer service! Highly recommend.
This place might be okay if you know what to order but I had the fried chicken dinner and it was absolutely disgusting! Another woman ordered the same thing and said it was terrible. I didn’t eat much at all because it tasted like cheap Banquet chicken out of a box. Yuck! When we checked out, the waitress even admitted that she knew it was bad and she SHOULD HAVE spoken up and said something when I ordered. I expect more from a small town diner so they lost a couple customers forever. Our meals were about $20 each including the iced tea and lemonade and she gave us a whole $3 discount. What a joke. I personally wouldn’t have tipped her at all but my date is too nice. My meal should’ve been free or AT LEAST half price because she knew, in advance, that it was bad.

It is your average everyday, small town Cafe. No complaints. The staff was nice, and the food was on par with the norm. The small buffet was nice, and they had FRESH fruit with it!

A local hub. Nice BLT and breakfast sandwich. Coffee was fresh but I think it was a bit diluted. Nice service. Thank you!

Asked us how we wanted our food made, then proceeded to make it wrong. After sending it back we were given undercooked french fries that were borderline raw, asked for the sauce on our main food on the side, it was instead put on it. Our “appetizer” was served 2 minutes before our main meals and was incorrect as well.

This place is a constant go to! Everytime we have gone here we have been served by the most friendly servers! This last time we called ahead, because we were running a little bit late. We arrived about 15 minutes before closing. They said, please come! They cheerfully served us a delicious diner fare dinner. Prices were reasonable. Just keep in mind, this is not fine dining. This is a local diner. Most everyone here has the same open friendliness which you find all over Potter County. I have been here when everyone knew everyone and a fun conversation bounced back and forth between multiple tables and the staff. It feels like you have been invited home to eat, but you don't have to help cook or wash the dishes!
