First time at the Frog Pond and will be back! Got a large hand tossed wood fired pizza and chicken tender meal. Pizza was fresh and came out quick with the rest of our food, the tenders were HUGE! They were flavorful and came with a heaping side of hot fries. 3.4 stars seems low and I think it’s because the reviews are based off of patron nostalgia; and a hope that the “good ol’ days” of pricing and unending labor supply will make a comeback. I loved the charm, and appreciate that the restaurant brings live music acts once in a while, too.

Waited 2 hours for food for four people. Even then our orders were wrong and service was not good. Apparently when we got there the head chef passed out and rather than telling us what happened the staff just figured it was better to have us wait two hours for food.

Waited an 35 minutes for our drink, an hour for our appetizers and then another half an hour for our actual food and it wasn’t even good, will not be coming back.

The food was really good and the drinks were delicious. But we had to wait for over an hour to get our food. The bartenders were not very attentive. The drinks were empty for a long time. Also our app came out with our food instead of before. The beach looks like they have put alot of effort into fixing it up! We will be back but maybe as a reservation.

First time eating here! Just got into town and wanted a bite to eat. Ordered a burger and fries. The burger was seasoned pretty well and hand pressed!! Fries were hot and crispy. The waitress was great!

1-1/2 hrs for food 3 steakes were only cooked on 1 half and blood red on other They did discount 3 steak dinners 50% after mentions to the waitress. The waitress was great at handling the situation and none of it had to do with her. Never again ?
.. I'm so glad new owners brought this place back to life. The bartender's service is excellent. This burger is huge, bigger & thicker than a whopper. ✅ Made to order, cooked how you like it. Onion rings are huge with real onion not minced✅ The manager & other bartender are really nice guys. I hope they stay open all winter. The is nice relaxing atmosphere. They have a pool table. This is the best beach around to relax with your kids, and can have fun. Food & drinks all in one. Id rather support local businesses anyday. ???

went to support a fundraiser. promptly seated then watched as 2 other parties were seated in same section and drink orders taken and delivered. after 20 minutes of no recognition from wait staff or any service I left. returned later to make sure the dinner i paid for upon entry was credited to the fundraiser and explained to hostess what occurred. she apologized for the experience. fell thru the crack that night but I'll go back again.
