I had a fairly long wait for 2pm. There were more workers than customers and it still took over 10 minutes to get my order of a small fry and a cheeseburger. But otherwise everything was correct and the store was clean and the food was good.

This may be the dirtiest McDonald's. Presentation is horrible with vests behind the counter and employee of the month papers look like kindergarten decorations. The grumbling long haired employee pretty much throws you your food in discust and clearly does not want to be there with is jeans that haven't been washed in awhile

If there was a prize for being the worse fast food place in the world union city mcdonalds would win every year. Been this way for years. Every thing they do is absolutely pathetic. 30 min wait every time you go there regardless of how many people are there.
Waited for a large fry for 20 mins is beyond ridiculous. This place is a joke. The funny thing is, there was not one person in the driveway through or inside. My fault for waiting that long.

They are the slowest McDonald's in the world. It takes 15 minutes to receive food in the driveway thru. They could really benefit from a drill sergeant to assist to get their workers moving.
