I was given misinformation by order takers both times I came for special deals.
The first one was for the bag, and the person taking my order said I could get 1 large drink and 1 medium drink (apparently had to be the same size drink). Then the person handing me the drinks had a nasty attitude when I said the order taker told me that’s how it worked. She ended up giving the bag anyways which is exactly what should have been done.
The second time was for the ornament yesterday, and I asked what you had to do to get it. This was the only reason why I went yesterday. I was told one large drink or two mediums. (It was once again 2 large or 2 medium) I ended up getting a large drink and a small one. Then at the register the lady told us that it was wrong and that we had to make another purchase to get the ornament. I had an extra drink that we didn’t even drink just because we were given the wrong information. My fault for thinking that the employees actually knew what they were talking about this time.
There obviously needs to be better communication when they have deals because this is the second time I fell for it, and I’m sure I’m not the only one they have given misinformation to.
Also wait times are crazy don’t go here for a drink unless you have a free 30-60 minutes to sit and wait there. The shortest visit I’ve had was 30 minutes and I’ve waited up to over an hour in line.

Sorry but don’t remember the actual date but the week of Nov 23 I believe we visited the Uniontown spot and there was a girl with long black hair with green steaks getting ice out the bin and her hair was hanging in the ice. If anyone is working around food they should be wearing a hair net or their hair pulled up. I literally threw my coffee away after seeing this. I was sooo upset cause I love this coffee. Was very disappointed.

Oh my, what a waste of time. Please explain how there are around 12 employees in this tiny place but the line barely moves. I paid $18 for 3 drinks and my small coffee was only filled to an inch below the rim.... and that's the foam....the actual coffee didn't start for another inch, so I probably had around half a cup of coffee, if that. No menu posted until you have already ordered... that's REAL smart. Music blaring so loud you can't hear what the employees are even saying to you and the wait is ridiculous for just drinks. I'm sure this place won't be around for long.

First time visiting will probably be my last. They forgot to and 2 of my kids drinks when ordering. Then when I got to window to pick up our order added them and paid but never got my rewards

I’m not sure what it is about this place but the wait time is insane. I went recently and waited in the drive through over an hour. I’m not sure what everyone else was ordering in front of me but one hour plus with two lines for coffee is a little crazy. The coffee is really good I’ll give it to them but that’s nuts. Once you’re in line you are trapped so you have to commit. This is the longest I’ve ever waited in line here but every other time has also been 25 minutes plus. For coffee again it seems a little crazy but if you have the time it is worth it.

I’ve had to sign up for rewards 3 times due to them not putting in my number correctly. I went today and sat for 30 minutes !!! With my line not moving but the other line had people moving and only 1 person taking an order till about halfway in another girl decided to come out of the building and had a complete attitude, didn’t know how to take an order, say hello, or literally do anything and my drink is wrong too.. this will probably be the last I visit because the service here is so bad and I shouldn’t have to wait in line for over 30 minutes to an hour every time I visit even when it’s not busy ! I showed up with 4 other cars in line and still sat there for that long and every time I order the same drink the prices always seem to be different. Really wanted to try more at this place guess I’ll only have it if a family member offers it cause it’s a waste of my time….

Notes: I got 2 drinks with a buy one get one free coupon I was charged $10.25 and asked for a receipt and was told they cant give me one. No receipt breakdown is even on app. Makes me think you are hiding something not showing prices. Can you provide a receipt of my last visit?
