Went to Arby's at 9:45. Drove up to the speaker and they told me that they were closed. Only wanted a Reuben sandwich. They said that they could make a Reuben sandwich. I was so happy because that's what my husband wanted. I get home and the sandwich is not only not even warm, it's cold. If you are going to advertise that you are open till 10:00 I suggest you don't turn off your fryers and everything else and tell your customers you are closed. Oh, I almost forgot..... Could you actually put some sauerkraut on your Reuben?

The food was point on! The fries were hot and crispy, not greasy. The gyro (pronounced year-o) was delicious. The pita bread was soft and the meat was tender. The white cheddar mac and cheese was creamy and not out of a box flavor. My husband also had the chicken sandwich and said that it was good. This meal was a perfect way to end the day!!

I was in uniontown earlier today for business. I went to this Arbys around 1pm for lunch. A female employee walked to the register, stood there with a disgusted look on her face, never said a word until I said I wanted to order. Again no response except to say curly or regular (fries) and to tell me the price. I handed her the money, she gave me my change, Again not a word. She handed me my food, not a word. How a miserable, arrogant person like her ever got a job waiting on customers is beyond me. If I'm ever in Uniontown again I won't be eating at this Arbys.

They ask you to pull up and wait for your food and then they forget yet you’re there. There’s no way anyone should pull up and wait 20 minutes for a sandwich! Very poor service.

We waited 10 minutes to be waited on because the lady working the counter was also working on drive-thru. When she did wait on us she had an attitude. I told her the delivery truck was taking up all the handicapped spaces and she didn't seem to care about it.

Sandwiches were hot & fresh, but the wait at the counter was longer than necessary due to the lack of urgency of the employees...The person in the kitchen could clearly see me waiting, yet did not notify the 1 other employee, who was more interested in playing around with the fryers than paying attention to the counter.
