They ask you to pull up and wait for your food and then they forget yet you’re there. There’s no way anyone should pull up and wait 20 minutes for a sandwich! Very poor service.

Took over 20 mins to get food after pulling up and were told the reason it took so long was they didn't see the vehicle when parked right at the door

We waited 10 minutes to be waited on because the lady working the counter was also working on drive-thru. When she did wait on us she had an attitude. I told her the delivery truck was taking up all the handicapped spaces and she didn't seem to care about it.

Sandwiches were hot & fresh, but the wait at the counter was longer than necessary due to the lack of urgency of the employees...The person in the kitchen could clearly see me waiting, yet did not notify the 1 other employee, who was more interested in playing around with the fryers than paying attention to the counter.

If I didn't have to deal with staff lying to Jessica show about me it would be great. But because the staff lie. It's no good to go there. They're nothing but drama in uniontown pa.

I’d to thank Arby’s for not just the delicious food they serve I’ve never had a problem with service or quality of food! But in today’s visit I was asked about donating to the children’s hunger program now I donate not much but when I can I will donate to food bank or whatever is ask for!! But to my surprise when I got home and began eating and in my bag was coupon for a small fry with cheese!! Now I’m thankful but it wasn’t necessary!! So thank you Arby’s for such a surprise!! ❤️
