Been here many times. I have never written a negative review BUT this time the drive thru employee (I believe her tag said Helen team trainer) was extremely rude. Awful experience. The sandwiches were soaked with sauce so much that it made them all sloppy wet messes. Won't be back here.

The first fries were cold and then they new ones were warmer and marginally better but their grease definitely needs changed! The roast beef sliders had two pieces in it I couldn’t even chew. :-(
Only going 1 because 0 isnt an option they gave me nuggets instead of tenders in my sliders, the staff was rude and said nothing, handed my fries out cold and my briaket sandwich was soaked in grease and had little to no meat and the wraps were soaked in the sauce making soggy… wouldnt suggest eating at such a careless food place.
Always out of something , whoever is doing tge ordering needs to retrain or pay attention what needs reordered.
