Big Shot Bob’s House of Wings - Uniontown

Just had our first experience here (9/20 around 3:00 p.m.). my boss had recommended me to come here and we drove an hour and a half to try it and we were extremely happy with our meals!!! My husband is a wing connoisseur and he was very happy with the taste of the hotter than hot wings and I loved how you could get your boneless wings on top of the fries! The sauces we're so yummy and spot on ....and they were very plentiful which is important! The gentleman that waited on us was very helpful and friendly. We will definitely make the drive over again!! Thank you Bsb!

Warm, inviting atmosphere, leading up to the best variety of wings and sauces EVER! We ate in, with our 5 grands and their parents. Manager was awesome in attention to detail and service. Can't wait for the next trip.

BSB is our go-to place in Uniontown. The food is always 10/10! The wings are the best around. Salads, loaded fries, and cheesesteak are also some of our favs. Big portions, good value, and the staff is always friendly!

We stopped in for the first time today and was blown away with how many flavor options are available for wings. We decided to get 6 orders for lunch to share. And every sauce was amazing. And the wings were the perfect crispy outside and still moist inside! We had leftovers so ordered two more orders to take home to have wings again for dinner. (We got an order of fries too and they were also very good) 10/10 would recommend!!!!

The first time my husband & I ate here, the wings were top tier. And so was the customer service. Lately, the last few visits we’ve experienced have not compared to that first time visiting. My husband always orders Cajun ranch with honey on his wings & I get the hot honey. I’m not sure if the hot sauce is different in the sauce or what but I feel that my latest order of wings did not include honey in my sauce. Even my husband could tell. His sauce did include honey (he had to ask for extra as well) but mine did not. I had to ask for honey on the side & take my wings home to toss them myself to eat later. I was told there was lots of honey in my sauce but there was clearly not. Whatever you did during the first months when you opened, please go back to those methods of preparation. When something is good, leave it alone & don’t change it. The customer service was also a lot better during the first months of opening. I would also appreciate if we did not smell cigarette smoke when dining in. Otherwise the wings are still great quality.

Ordered butter garlic wings and there is no sauce but there is parm cheese? They also smell like literal trash.

They were extremely rude and the wings tasted horrible I got diarrhea I was stuck toilet for hours

Do NOT place an order for Grubhub delivery through here!! I placed an order for my boyfriend Damon & I, and my order never arrived even though it said it did. I called customer service and they said they spoke to the restaurant and a driver came in, showed them the order name, and just because they were not the person on the Grubhub profile photo they refused to hand over the order to my driver. Even if it wasn’t the correct person, as long as they swipe to confirm they got my food WHO CARES?! Plus my driver profile photo was an old lady, what if she had walking issues and sent her husband or something in?? Inconsiderate if you ask me! Why does it matter if the driver photo matches as long as your PAYING CUSTOMERS get their food?! I’m beyond frustrated with my experience from here.

To start there appears to be one person taking orders, answering phones and cooking. He is doing a great job, hard working and fast, but they need to be properly staffed. Place is not all that clean or taken care of. I do understand card fees are outrageous for these businesses. But cash only is a little outdated for a business like BSB. I was there the first week they opened that location, and is has definitely NOT aged well.

The boneless wings are incredible. I never taste any fat and they're a good size. Ton of flavor options especially if you like spicy wings. If you like boneless wings you have to try this place out.
