My fiancé bought us a family of 6 Thanksgiving dinner cost us $116 plus tip order was for 1pm I waited till 130 before I got it got home no gravy only a half a quarter of mash potatoes a scoop of whipped topping for my whole pie lol only 6 pieces of turkey and only enough stuffing for 2 ppl did not feed my family of 6 so disappointed my first time in 40 yrs I didn't have to cook and I was embarrassed there wasn't enough food shame on you will never go back called and said the manager would call me but never did

We have been having bad experiences at all 3 of the local locations the last 6 or 7 times. BUT.... This visit to the Uniontown location was a total change to the past visits... 1st off our waitress Cassie was an absolute jem. She had informed us she was new (only been there a month or so) but let me tell you they need to clone her.... 2nd there was a young lady ( turns out to be a girlfriend of an employee) that overheard my grandson say he wanted a stuffed chicken from their gift area he spotted on his way back from the bathroom, we'll after he got back and sat down she had come over and gave him that stuffed chicken he was just telling us about. Let me tell you she reinstated my faith in this younger generation a little. This was the good. Now the only issue we had and of course it was only my meal like always.... I ordered the chop steak and asked for no mushrooms, well..... of course it came with mushrooms but they are easily picked off. The chop steak was quit abit thinner than it usually is and the edges were kind of crunchy. That being said.... it was the only issue the entire visit. We definitely Will stop back to see if this was a fluke or if its the new way this location is being ran...

I believe our server was Susan, we sat for 35 minutes before our food came out.. 4 other tables got their food before us. Food came out wrong.10 minutes after the food has come out we don’t even have everything we ordered. Hashbrowns were a sheet of burnt whatever it was. Had to ask for another refill on my drink. I was a server once before this service was not good.
