Thankfully they turned this place around and is actually decent now. Has the best chips and salsa of any restaurant. Highly recommend.

DO NOT GO THERE!!! Got a water and they gave me a glass that tasted like it had some sprite in it at some point and was unwashed… disgusting and ridiculous…they claimed it was the ice that had some spilt on it… the others waters were perfectly fine tho…ridiculous, they also didn’t even offer anything for their mistake as well… terrible

If I could give zero stars I would. Given a diet drink, which im allergic to aspartame. Both the waiter and manager could be seen laughing while looking my way. Didn't bother to ask if I was okay. They also refused to speak to my husband to do anything more then take $10 off the bill. Ill be in pain and unable to properly taste anything for the next 2 weeks or more

A nice night out with the family!
This specific Chili’s is the one our family always hits. Servers are friendly, atmosphere is wonderful and food is great!
We love the signature nachos and salsa. A wonderful taste to tie into your meal coming. The side salads here are amazing! The meals…excellent! The only thing I wish is that the corn automatically came with the meal. That was one of the parts of the meal that always set Chili’s apart. I hope you all eventually bring that back.
If you are in the mood for the bar setting or a big game, they have that for you as well!

Everything was great except for paying at the table.. took forever and the server knew that, because she warned me. Still waiting for the receipt to be emailed to me. This is ridiculous for the customer to be charged to take care of the payment 🙄...

Absolutely horrible. Burgers sent back twice for being raw! Charged for food we didn't even order. Waitress was nice, that's about it. Our bill was to be adjusted, which is was for somethings, but I was charged $7 for a salad that was included in my 3 for Me and when I asked for it to be removed he said he did but the bill was still the same amount and then he stood there are argued with me that it was removed off the bills and it was not; then it finally got removed after I had to raise my voice. This place is absolutely horrible. Definitely 0 stars, but it made me leave atleast 1. Best to avoid it all together. Worst visit to any restaurant ever.

This location doesn’t allow pick up or delivery through ordering online . I’ve been on the phone for 45 mins and still no answer . We are now taking our party of 6 order elsewhere . What happened to good food service?!!!?

Kid-friendliness: I think you should contril ur children. Hardly no one does that, we go out once a week for a treat to ourselves after a hard workweek. N theres always children screaming or & have tablets or phones playing a loud movie. n no one seems2 care, jus normal grind to them. If its chicken u want or beer this is the place to come. But dont ask for a steak, unless its burnt cause the chef only has2 options no matter how u ask. Bloody rare or burnt. Even after 4different visits!! People dont care. Their just there for a job. Applebee's just a little further down the road is the best place around for a dinner n a Drink.

Just leaving this place. Waited over an hour and no food. Talked to manager, was told food was coming. 20 min later we walked out. No explanations for this. People came and ate and left while we waited. Horrible service.
BTW - I generally only post positive reviews. If the waiter or manager had just come out and told us the order was missed or some explanation- we would have been accepting.
