The amount of food I receive can change quite a bit. There are often significant differences.

I spilled the bowl all over me, and I was willing to pay for another and a very sweet lady with dark red hair said to not worry about it and it’s on the house. That was very kind of her and made my night!

Everytime I go to chipolte I'm reminded of how Moe's is better. Shame there wasn't a Moe's in the area.

These little chipotle workers be skimping out on these bowls. Until y’all give me a bowl that’s actually filled up nice, I’ll stop taking all the napkins! Crappy bowls = me taking all the napkins that will fit in the bag. Quit skimping out on the people and make the bowls like you would make one for yourself. This is a serious matter quit being stupid!

The fact they had no rice, no chicken, and the staff was arguing……..I won’t be back.
Chicken is always a little over cooked for me but other then that I enjoy eating there

This is the filthiest chipotle location I’ve ever been to. Anytime I’ve ever went into this establishment before, I was met with a sense of professionalism as far as attitude goes and a clean atmosphere. Not the uniontown location. Like most businesses in uniontown, they hire people who are on drugs or are lazy and miserable, and it shows. They ruined Texas Roadhouse, they ruined Applebees, and they ruined chipotle.
The kitchen is filthy. They refuse to wipe down counters in the kitchen and the counters by the drinks. I’ve watched the server drop stuff and scoop it right back into the containers. I refuse to eat there ever again, and I’ve turned a lot of people away from there. They don’t deserve anyone’s business. Eat local or authentic Mexican food. Don’t waste your time or money with this corporate chain dump.

So pleased with the service, efficiency, and cleanliness of the Uniontown Chipotle after seeing so many negative reviews, they did not reflect my personal experience.

Great place to eat in or take out. Often don't have enough help, but still worth the wait if you have to.

I felt rushed out the door. No thank you or hello or have a good day. I immediately got sick after I ate. Im unsure why.

The food was amazing and fresh, the counter girl was PHENOMENAL. But this poor counter girl had literally 15 people in line with no help. She was so sweet, as someone who used to manage retail and food you are doing such a disservice to your good employees by letting them be alone in the weeds like that. If you want more workers you need to cut back on your hours and or days so that you can fully staff and not overwork your people while you train and hire more staff. This cycle will never end unless management or corporate does something to help.
The burrito was so big she couldn’t even fully close it! 10/10 love that girl!

Gave this location a second try after having a bad experience. Will not be returning, unable to get order right, ordered delivery and chips were not in the order, paid extra for guacamole and got maybe a tablespoon amount. Veggies are undercooked, and amount of food is not proportional mainly meat and rice. Poor quality, do better Uniontown Chipotle, you lost my business.

I mean, Chipotle is Chipotle, better than fast food. Although, this one specifically struggles to keep their stuff fresh. They’re always understaffed and over worked, which is never a good combination.
There was a guy in there the other day and he was putting together EVERYONES food, and the line of people was 20+. I feel bad for the employees because they shouldn’t have to bust their asses like that in a Chipotle in Uniontown.
