I got 2 chocolate chip mint brownie blizzard today and they didn't have any brownies in them. They got the rest of my order right. I was a little upset cause I really wanted to try that one cause I never had that one before.

Young lady working the drive thru was very thorough and kind to my father and I we had a decent size order for the family and it happened 30 mins until closing time. Usually around those times ppl can get snippy and mean cause they wanna go home ...I get it...but the young lady who I forgot her name. Young lady with blonde hair ...she was very kind respectful and professional....love this branch

I've been going to this dairy queen for years and even worked here and the food is always fresh, the staffs super friendly, and I never have to check my bag before I pull out. One of the few fast food places I trust with anything I order. I'm not sure if Gwen still runs the place but she has always done a great job with keeping the place clean & family friendly !

Ok so firstly, NO ONE likes to feel like they’ve been misheard or possibly been delivered the wrong order once they have ARRIVED HOME and opened the items. Especially after a long day and you felt this trip to the DQ was your “treat”! Secondly, NO ONE (that I know) wants to call the establishment regarding the disappointment nor drive back with the items! However, the THIRDLY AND LASTLY of this review is the whole reason for writing it! I have been driving through this particular Dairy Queen for years when we want a treat or light meal or snack. The staff is ALWAYS SUPER FRIENDLY and the wait times are ALWAYS EFFICIENT! So this particular day, with the long line in the drive through I figured they were swamped and I hated to call, but I ordered blizzards and they were the consistency of a runny shake. Not good. Upon my call to the establishment, not only did the Manager Gwynn (idk the proper spelling) show sincere concern, empathy and compassion towards me and the situation…. she offered to allow me to come back in ANY time for free replacements of both blizzards. Well I immediately drove back and the Manager herself made the blizzards. She came out spoke with me. An amazing, super friendly person! This is what the goodness of life is all about! Good People DOING good through it ALL! Thank you Gwynn and the entire staff! Y’all are all amazing! God bless y’all! I highly recommend Connellsville Street Dairy Queen for all your ice cream or hot food options and employment opportunities as well!!!! They totally ROCK!

My food was hot and fresh, the sundae was good as well. The car in front of me at drive thru didn't move after getting order. I tried to tell the young lady who waited on me, but she just closed blind on drive thru window. They turned lights out around 957. The car in front of me was talking to an employee who was off the clock. She was rude, when I edge up she rolled her eyes at me.
