I'm giving our Dunkin less stars because they got our order wrong the last two times. We wanted carmel on our coffees and it didn't happen. We also wanted Boston cream donuts and received cream filled. When we order something we want it done right.

Ordered a BEC wrap, 4 cream filled with chocolate frosting, and 2 regular chocolate frosted donuts. Got 1 chocolate frosted, and 5...whatever the heck THOSE are. Wrap was warm, so I figured it was fresh-ish, but the donuts look and feel like they've been sitting around since the day before.

Ordered a sourdough sandwich with 2 eggs, cheese, no meat and toasted. The sandwich wasn't toasted, which means the cheese wasnt melted and it was cold. Ordered 2 avocado toast, with no bacon. Neither of these were toasted. It's like their toasters were down. This is the second day in a row, thinking the 1st day was a fluke. Will be going to the one on mcclellandtown road moving forward. It wouldnt be a big deal except paying 30 some dollars for food that I have to fix is unacceptable.

I went in around 1pm, they was hardly any donuts, so I got two Donuts , ones I really didn't want. The women just throwed my donuts into the bag, getting chocolate all over my plain donut, which they was both soggy and not fresh at all. The dining room was dirty. Coffee all of the floor, and on most tables. Differently WILL not be going back there, and telling everyone to go to the other one up town. Not worth your time or money to go to this location. I give this place a negative one if I could.

After years as a service trainer in the restaurant industry, I’m amazed at how poor the customer service is here. Having a person using we’re really backed up as an excuse is not customer service. I’m sure I’ve met Dunkin’ trainers at CHART conferences. I’ll make certain I let them know they are failing miserably in this store. BTW. Saw no manager present.

Ordered coffee and a certain donuts and was given my coffee i ordered with three cream and three sugar and did not have a drop of sugar in them and 2 donuts that I did not order and told the girl. And she looked at me and said they had white cream in them but they weren't the donuts I ordered and was not offered a refund nasty nasty employees. Maybe they should go to school to learn some manners. Not every customer's right. But I was right on what I ordered and what I was given but not offered a refund. Please do a little customer service work with them.Thank you
