After years as a service trainer in the restaurant industry, I’m amazed at how poor the customer service is here. Having a person using we’re really backed up as an excuse is not customer service. I’m sure I’ve met Dunkin’ trainers at CHART conferences. I’ll make certain I let them know they are failing miserably in this store. BTW. Saw no manager present.

Ordered coffee and a certain donuts and was given my coffee i ordered with three cream and three sugar and did not have a drop of sugar in them and 2 donuts that I did not order and told the girl. And she looked at me and said they had white cream in them but they weren't the donuts I ordered and was not offered a refund nasty nasty employees. Maybe they should go to school to learn some manners. Not every customer's right. But I was right on what I ordered and what I was given but not offered a refund. Please do a little customer service work with them.Thank you

Went through the drive thru to order. Waited over a minute for anyone to even acknowledge me. Finally ordered and went to the window. The worker let us wait 10 mins before coming to the window again to let us know they didn't have a bagel. We asked for a different one and as soon as the window shuts she was throwing her hands up and making faces. After waiting another 2 mins we went inside to pick up the order. The manger offered an apology but when we finally (after 15 mins at this point) got our order the food wasn't cooked at all, everything was cold and stale. Horrible experience overall.

This Dunkin’ is a disaster from start to finish. After waiting ten minutes in the drive-thru line for our order, we were told they were out of everything bagels. Could they have mentioned this sooner? Of course. Did they? Nope. When I asked why, the employee had the audacity to roll her eyes, walk away, and mock me to another employee as if I couldn’t see her. Newsflash: I did.
At that point, I was furious. I went inside to talk to the manager, and when the food finally arrived, it was as if they’d gone out of their way to make it worse. Cold, stale, and borderline inedible. The chocolate frosted donut was depressing, the bagel bites were a crime against bagels, and the plain bagel was so dense it could double as a paperweight.
If you enjoy terrible service, being disrespected, and paying for food that belongs in the trash, this is the place for you. Otherwise, steer clear.

Not a big coffee drinker but my daughter loves DD so we stopped, I had no idea what to get but the lady that waited on us was amazing and went above and beyond what she had to especially for coffee. She took time asked alot of questions and nailed a drink for me. It was so nice not to feel rushed like most establishments like that. If this review gets back to Dunkin on morgantown st uniontown Lizzie is the one who took care of us and she deserves more than I guarantee she is getting!

This Dunkin has really gone down hill the past few months, from the line being a never ending wait even when it’s not busy, to the customer service and staff acting miserable and displeased to take orders, you barely even get a Good Morning or have a nice day... if you don’t want to wait 35 minutes for a coffee, or get an attitude for even placing an order I would recommending visiting the Dunkin’ located by Gabriel Brothers in Uniontown, the staff is a lot nicer, seem to be happy to be there and happy to help.

I have been to Dunkins all over and this is by far the worst. I live in another state and have 2 dunkins by my house and never have I gotten a bad cup . But this dunkin 9 out of 10 times make a bad cup of coffee. It is made wrong or luke warm . I'm very disappointed in this place I don't think they care about customer service. I just can't understand why they mess up continually. With that being said I think I will go to the other side of town to get a coffee.
