Dunkin'

It was good just wish they had apple fritters all day I went about 6pm and they were out and they don't make long johns I can't believe that I thought all Dunkin Donuts made long johns? Very disappointing.

Got 1/2 dozen donuts this morning and the 2 glazed donuts I got were barely glazed. It looked like they quickly dipped it into the glaze instead of the whole donut being dunked and covered. They weren’t even completely covered on top either.

Terrible customer service. None of the employees greet you. Plus they argue in front of customers. I felt like I was a bother.

I just left the drive through and placed a order for a caramel and cookie butter frozen coffee not only was I originally charged for 2 I didn’t even get the drink I wanted I got vanilla and more vanilla which is nasty so it went in the garbage I use to come to Dunkin every day but they always messed up my order and gave attitude when I ask for it to be fixed this time for sure is the last.

Went into this particular Dunkin chain 4 times in one day for donuts, and not a single donut was to be found!!! The 3rd time they said their baker was there now. We waited 2 hours and went back and still none to be found. I used to work at a Dunkin Donuts... I know it doesn't take that long to put out at least some kind of donut!

I had to write a review because I’ve been consistently impressed by the service at this Dunkin’ location. I’ve never had a bad experience here. The employees are always so kind and pleasant, even when they’re slammed with customers. I’ve dined in and ordered through the drive through multiple times and each time I’ve been greeted in a friendly and welcoming manner. My orders are always accurate. I would go out of my way to go to this Dunkin’.

I order before going to work on my app and walk in. My order is always ready for me and the staff are so nice. I have never got a iced coffee that wasn't perfect! When you get a great coffee you have a great day at work! ☕??

Waited for my mobile order for 30 minutes (food) while my drinks sat on the counter the whole time while several people picked them up to see if they were theirs. The drinks should have been put on the rack FOR MOBILE ORDERS. Bad service.

Last couple times coming here. My drinks hasn’t been tasting like they should at all and few of the workers got attitudes. And like today order on mobile before get there and nothing there so go inside and sit and still nothing after 15 minutes had get work and my man went to go ask about order the girl gets attitude and goes to counter picks up order runs to back and soon as they gave him my drink knew it wasn’t right by looking ! First of all even if busy shouldn’t have attitude and more and than get mad cause asked about order so she hurry up and makes it and know what she doing and still made my pumpkin spice iced coffee without drinks. And the attitude. And I will not be ordering there no more. Than the donut wasn’t too good to start. And been getting drinks not made right. So I call there and no manager but shift leader and said I can come get a coffee. No I want my money back. Done with them. Not good drinks anyways for the price !

When we ordered the got three out of the four things we ordered wrong. When I tried to replace the donut they messed up, they proceeded to give me another donut that I didn’t order again.
