Hours of operation stated Tuesday open 6:00 a.m. to 1pm on website. I arrived at 6:20 and the doors were locked so I called to confirm the hours as I was sitting in front of the bakery and the woman who answered was rude she stated that it was not open to the public only businesses and she didn't know when that would change whether it be next week she had no idea. This is a horrible way to run a business updated information needs to be provided so this doesn't happen to anyone else.

I started out as a customer of Emma’s Bake shoppe and I was looking for a part time job and applied. I have worked here for 16 months. The Owner (Jason), his brothers (The bakers) and Jason’s Fiancé (Ashley) are very hard working and kind hearted people. These bad reviews are upsetting because they are coming from an upset family member who has tried everything to ruin business for the Bakery. Please take the bad reviews with a grain of salt and know everything you read on the internet isn’t true! They have made me feel like family since day one. Ashley has really fixed up the Bakery and improved things since she has taken over. We appreciate every customer we get here at Emma’s!

This place had potential. Honestly Emma’s has some items that are just better than anything else out there. However the owners girlfriend who runs the place I believe her name is Ashley, awful human being who I refuse to give any more money and won’t return to that place. First from not only family friends who worked there but also being there in person she treats her workers so bad and is just such a self entitled jerk with a I know it better than you attitude. She was constantly late with a horrible attitude towards the workers and workplace and always made it the employees fault for her own shortcomings. If you’re sensitive to cigarettes be cautious as she smokes in the back where they prep all ingredients and bake their stuff. I WILL NOT RETURN AND I URGE YOU TO BE MINDFUL ABOUT THIS PLACE.

As I pulled into the parking space the first thing that came to mind was this is a mistake, but opened the door and said, "This aroma is great and never judge a book by it's cover."On a range from 1 to 5;Puff Pastries - 6Danish - 5Yeast Donuts - 4Cake Donuts - Gone, but must be a reason.Thumb Print Cookies - 5Other Cookies - 4.5Bread - Looked Great, but didn't try it.Price - 4The only reason the Yeast Donuts got a 4 was just not airy enough. But could have been a down day, lol.If you're in the area and don't stop at this Bakery you are going to miss a great treat!Very Friendly Staff.

Prices of some things higher then nor ally pay and wish would accept bank cards. We'd buy more when stopping by. Pepperoni rolls could have more pepperoni in them.

I showed pictures of the cake my daughter liked. I said no bright colors and not young looking because it's for my 16 year old. The picture was a sage green colored cake with flowered darker green edging and butterflies on it. What I got was a mint green cake with turquoise edges. Not even close to the right colors. I'm disappointed and so is she. I won't be ordering here again. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because my kids like the cookies. But I doubt I'll go back for those either.
