We ordered a 75 th bday cake from giant eagle in Uniontown. The cake was decorated by Brittney and it was absolutely gorgeous not to mention delicious. Everyone wanted to know where we ordered the cake . I’m sure many of our family will be ordering cakes from giant eagle requesting Brittney .. Thank you for making our celebration so special

Just wanted to say Thank you for such an amazing cakes we ordered two full size sheet cakes and both were awesome would give more than 5 stars if I could very beautiful and everyone at our event was asking were we purchased them from and we surely told them they were just amazingly beautiful and to top it off the staff is just as amazing going out of their way for us so I just wanted to say GOD bless You and Thank You so much

I don't shop at no Giant Eagle. With all those fancy clothes wearin', smooth talkin', goody 2 shoes, and stuff. We do all are shoppin' over at the Shop N Save.

All the lines were completely packed and I had a single item and asked "Jill" at customer service desk if she could check me out. She literally rolled her eyes and sighed at me. She has no business working in customer service. Also everything at this store is over priced, you're better off going to Aldi's or Walmart. She's not the only rude customer service employee here my wife has been snapped at before as well. Clearly have a management problem...
I am giving Uniontown Giant Eagle a one star review, but 25 years ago it would have received a five star rating from me. It has gone downhill so much in that amount of time. I remember when the magazine rack was twice as big, I remember when there was a comic book section, I remember when they used to be open 24 hours a day. I was going to up my rating to two stars because I finally found some pork chops somewhere with some nice fat on them, but then the cashier charged me like twice as much because I don't have a Giant Eagle card. I won't even mention that all of the bananas at the place were still green. They do have some nice fatty pork chops.

Giant eagle pharmacy is such a joke. I recommend that no one uses the automated system for refills. That's what the pharmacist told me. There is never a record of the call and in the event your prescription expires between the time you call and the day the system tells you to pick them up your SCREWED. Now hubby is out of meds until Thursday or Friday because of course the doctors office is closed tomorrow.

Because I'm a current work there and it's great to work there because making are customers happy is the best of us because it shows us that we do are best to h op you get the right price for your happiness.. We are more then happy to help are customers out when need at any time... And a good advantage is when you buy up to 50$ you get 10¢ off of gas and mostly we always have a gift card sale on gas for 20¢ off gas because giant eagle loves too help there customers out as the best they can thank you for hearing my opinion about giant eagle
