We had a fantastic experience at this specific IHOP. We have been to other IHOPs but this one exceeds them. We got to connect and bond with the waitress Sam and manager Erick. Fantastic people who really care about their customers. The food we had was great too… everything about this experience changed my mind about the corporation.

Most wonderful people they literally make sure that you're ready they don't keep bugging and being like are you ready are you ready no they let you take your time read the menu go through your head and be like oh which meal do I want I always tip because all the way all the waitresses and waiters are nice really need to come back and visit again though love IHOP

Server with black hair and glasses was having a bad day or was tired.. didn't make us feel very welcome. Her attitude was off. I understand it can get tiring but at least put a smile on and act happy to be service customers

I decided to have my breakfast here while I was in town from Ohio, and they didn't disappoint. Bob Evans is typically a good place to eat, but sometimes can be hit or miss. This time was a hit. The food was delicious 😋, the service was very good, and the atmosphere was nice and peaceful. My server's name was Ian, so thank you for your hospitality, Ian.

My mom and I stopped in for breakfast last weekend. We were seated in a timely manner and the waitress was pleasant and efficient, but the atmosphere was lacking. The floors were filthy. The food was not good. Tasted like it had been heated and reheated several times and someone had a puppy in the restaurant. It was a puppy, not a service dog!

Went in for breakfast and sat at the booth for about 15 minutes and didn’t even get asked for a drink order! Ended up leaving to take my business elsewhere. We got seated right away, since it was slow, and I thought to myself “Great! No wait!”, guess I found out why nobody was there. The couple at the table next to us said “good decision” as we got up to leave.
We started our vacation road trip with breakfast here and it didn't disappoint. Tasty food and great service!

Went in and was told 5 to 10 minutes well an hour went by and still didn't get seated. The staff is very disorganized and lacking any motivation. The last time we were there service was just as bad. So you lost business and Bob Evans sat us down within 2 minutes.

IHOP used to be the place to go we would come here like once a week me and my friends then me and my then boyfriend (now husband) used to come here with my kids and solo a few times with bad service, undercooked or just bad food in general we didn’t come for 3 years we recently came back because we heard good things and missed it, sad to see it’s still in bad shape the waitress couldn’t be very attentive because it seemed like she was doing everything alone which wasn’t her fault she was very nice, the food was ok for the most part just not like it used to be.

The food was good, but some dishes came out cold on two separate occasions when we dined there, and the restaurant wasn't crowded. The service was lacking; we went without drink refills, and our food was again served cold. The atmosphere is acceptable, but the service needs improvement.
