prices are a little high, but the food is good. the service on the other hand is quite terrible.

Outrageously rude and inconsiderate. Refused to make my food and Refused to cancel my order while my husband was in store. They managed to tick off my husband which isn't easy....... we will never be back and I'll tell everyone i can to never eat at this location. Sam should be fired

I ordered a sub to-go and waited in the shop while it was prepared. One of the staff was walking around behind the counter coughing. Sometimes into his elbow, sometimes into the air, others directly into his hands. At one point he even wiped his nose on his bare arm. He was walking back and forth from the far end of the food prep area to the front area before he put on gloves without washing his hands. Then he proceeded to slice a block of cheese, coughing the entire time. That cheese was placed directly onto my sandwich. I had to leave to get back to work but I threw the sandwich away. There were at least 4 other employees working and not one person said anything to this guy. Not only is it gross, it's also a health code violation. Save your money and your time and go somewhere else that values any amount of cleanliness and health code standards.

Just had a terrible experience with Jersey mikes in Uniontown. I ordered 15 mins. prior online. I went in and waited an additional 7 mins. and was told my order was for pickup at 6:15 but my online order did not state that anywhere on my receipt. I then left and did quick grocery shopping down the road to kill time. Once I got back someone was working on my order right then. As I was waiting I filled up a fountain drink that was supposedly “cream soda” and when I got back to my car it was carbonated water.

I absolutely LOVE this shop. I’m from Nj and these hoagies are a reminder of home. The staff is always friendly, restaurant always clean and the food is always fresh and DELICIOUS!!!! I go once or twice a week. Totally worth the price!

I stopped by the other day and they were absolutely packed. Every employee was hustling to keep up and managed to keep a good attitude about it. As I waited for my hot subs, the lady in front of me was having her cold cuts made. The girl behind the counter accidentally put vinegar on the lettuce instead of on the side. When the customer was rude and condescending, I was so impressed by how the young lady behind the counter managed to not retort or even roll her eyes.

The staff as a whole was working hard, moving the line quickly, and made us some awesome subs. We’ll be back!!

0 stars. Worst service i have ever had. Went into the uniontown store this evening. I had a large order which I understand will take time to make. There were 2 people behind us. Which i understand taking their orders. That turned into 4 more orders, and multiple online orders. I asked if there was an issue with my order. I was told that because I had a large order they had to work the other customers orders in. The lady who said she was a general manager stated she started one of my cold subs. I said ok and i waited. A few more people came in they took their orders and made them as i still waited. They made 2 out of 4 of my hot subs. When i told them they were made wrong the guy who made them grabbed the slip and told me to look at it and tell him where it said that i wanted the sauce on the side. Which was not on the slip. As the general manager did not write it when. She copied my order of the paper that i had my order with the specific instruction on. How i was to get the subs i ordered. Which the manger wrote down 3 different times from the paper i had she took it off me and wrote it down. When i showed her again after the 2 subs were made wrong she stated that she missed it. She told the guy to remake them and stop arguing multiple times. He continued to argue and run his mouth about me having a big order when there is only 2 employees working. The manager stated that my order was like 2 catering orders. And they just cant make them they need made over a period of time. I said that i get 6 to 7 giant subs every time i come in and i neverbhad an issue. I didnt know what the issue was tonight. The continues to stand their and argue and the guy did not want to make my order because their was now 4 more customers in line to order. Plus my whole order. So i just told them i didnt want my order. They were rude and i was their over 45 minutes waiting while multiple orders went in after mine for subs and they were made. I understand large orders need time to make. If we went in indvidually and placed an order there would not be an issue. But because i placed it as 1 order it was an issue. Just like anyone else in that store i was a paying customer. I was fine with waiting until the staff got rude. I will not be returning to this store which we visited often. Other cutomers whe went in after us who was waiting to order when they got rude walked out with us. Stating they were not doing business with people who where so rude.

They never read special instructions! After the 5th time. It kinda upset me!

Love their subs!

I like their sandwiches. Haven't been here for a while. Definitely not better than Jimmy Johns.
