Stopped and got a cheese steak today it was the best sub shop sandwich ive had in a long time. It was put together and wrapped well to go. Sandwich was still intact and edible as a handheld by the time I got home. There was a ton of cheese oozing out, bread was soft, toppings were flavorful, steak was juicy. In a world where I have come to expect disappointment it was great to be suprised by a real good hogie. Both girls working the counter were very pleasant and attentive and had a genuine conversation about the state of the company and the seemingly nonsense letters on the side of their hats. Maliyah was the name on my recipt. Mr jersey Mike you need to recognize her and her sidekick for providing a top tier lunch and outstanding service.

We were here on 10/6 around lunch time, the 2 young women behind the counter were AMAZING. They were quick, efficient, friendly, and everything was DELICIOUS!

I’ve hesitated giving this review, because I realize everyone can have a bad day. However this is now my third bad experience and the second time my online order was made and left sitting in the back counter while I just waiting 45 minutes. My order was to be ready at 7:22pm, I arrived it wasn’t ready so I had a seat. Others came in looking for their orders which also weren’t ready. Finally after 40 minutes I approached the counter, meanwhile the two incompetent girls working moved at a snails pace with five people in line waiting to place orders and at least 5 or six of us waiting to pickup orders. When I approached the counter, the girls said to the guy who was in the grill, what are all these hoagies, here it was my order that had been sitting there for 40 minutes. She put the hoagies in the bag and called my name. I immediately said, so my food has been sitting here 40 minutes? Her response was I can remake them. No apology no offer of a discount or genuine anything. So of course I smarted off saying so I get to wait another 15 minutes while you make new ones? Because based on what I saw, it was taking her that long to make two hoagies. I said no refund my money and pointed out that she never even apologized for their screw up that this exact thing happened just weeks ago. I demanded my refund and left. Other customers were displeased as well at the waiting who complained in front of me and no apology or offer of assistance other than she offered a refund. I took my refund and I will not be back! I’ve ordered weekly for quite a while and thought it was maybe just a fluke and things would improve. Your employees are a problem and it needs to be addressed. We are talking about hoagies not a five star restaurant that it’s this complicated to make them nor is the job so challenging that they should get confused and allow orders to lay on the back counter while we wait? Not expecting anything to change or a response to this review as I’m sure management handles these things in the same manner. So I’ll order my 40.00 hoagies elsewhere.

Mobile orders with 40+ minutes after estimated time is unacceptable for any establishment. It’s a regular occurrence at this location regardless of what day or time, or congestion. And there’s never any acknowledgement or even an apology from the staff

The employee at the counter sighed repeatedly and seemed frustrated just taking our order. Poor customer service.
The female manager with the brown curly hair has the worst attitude ever. She acts as if yall are forcing her to work here and she doesn’t want to. She acts like us as customers coming to order sandwiches ruined her day isn’t that her job to make sandwiches. It seems as if yall need to retrain her on customer service. She going to run your customers away with her bad attitude. It’s every time you go in there she is so nasty with people and it’s not going to stop until yall do something about it.

The service of 2 of the supervisors are terrible unprofessional liars the other staff is amazing food is great there's no way to report to corporate they made this girl a supervisor she's a liar 😡 and extremely rude to everyone she comes in contact with customers and employees nothing has been done she lied and said she was the general manager on the phone then wen I called her bluff she told the truth I was calling to report her she over charged me several times still no apologies I go because it's the only one we have around love the food my son does if she wasn't there it would be amazing hate to go wen she is there still trying to report her

Outrageously rude and inconsiderate. Refused to make my food and Refused to cancel my order while my husband was in store. They managed to tick off my husband which isn't easy....... we will never be back and I'll tell everyone i can to never eat at this location. Sam should be fired

I ordered a sub to-go and waited in the shop while it was prepared. One of the staff was walking around behind the counter coughing. Sometimes into his elbow, sometimes into the air, others directly into his hands. At one point he even wiped his nose on his bare arm. He was walking back and forth from the far end of the food prep area to the front area before he put on gloves without washing his hands. Then he proceeded to slice a block of cheese, coughing the entire time. That cheese was placed directly onto my sandwich. I had to leave to get back to work but I threw the sandwich away. There were at least 4 other employees working and not one person said anything to this guy. Not only is it gross, it's also a health code violation. Save your money and your time and go somewhere else that values any amount of cleanliness and health code standards.

Just had a terrible experience with Jersey mikes in Uniontown. I ordered 15 mins. prior online. I went in and waited an additional 7 mins. and was told my order was for pickup at 6:15 but my online order did not state that anywhere on my receipt. I then left and did quick grocery shopping down the road to kill time. Once I got back someone was working on my order right then. As I was waiting I filled up a fountain drink that was supposedly “cream soda” and when I got back to my car it was carbonated water.
