Went to get a Italian cheese bread. The people told me 20-30 minutes. I didn't receive my order until 1 hour 30 minutes later.

I placed a mobile order on 11/29/25 at 6:11 pm. the app had told me my order would be ready at 7:00-7:05, which had been the time i arrived. i went it and noticed my name not on the pizza portal so i waited out in my car for a couple mins. after 10-15 minutes of waiting i went back it and still no name. by this time it is almost 7:30 and i still haven’t received my food items. the guy at the counter then tells my fiancé that they are still waiting on one last item to be made. we noticed a couple who walked out with their items and the front counter guy proceeds to follow the couple out and yell out to us about our order which still wasn’t done. the front counter guy had given the couple their food plus our food and told us that they still needed to make our items after already waiting an hour an a half for our order. the guy proceeds to fix the mix up and we go home to eat, only to find out our pizza wasn’t even cooked, just dough, sauce, cheese, and pepperoni i called to let them know and they offered to remake it after already wasting my time and money. moral of the story, if you have time to be disappointed this is the place to go!!!!!

Placed an online order online and when received..my order was left sitting outside and was never told it had arrived. Took everything inside to find that the breadsticks were raw and the pizza that we paid for extra toppings barely had anything.

This location is extremely slow. There is absolutely no reason it should take 50 plus minutes for a basic pepperoni pizza, bread sticks and crazy puffs. Absolutely ridiculous.

There were two gentleman working the one making the pizza and the other guys name was Ronald. Our pizza was absolutely perfect not dry . And Ronald was exceptionally respectful. Two nicest people

I stopped to get my children and their friends some pizza after the park. It was about 20 minutes until close and Jenna was super sweet, made our two pizzas without complaints and she gave the kiddos some cookies to keep them calm while we waited. The male worker was also super sweet but I didn’t catch his name. Thank you so much for your excellent customer service :)

Just had the worst experience with speaking with one of the managers on the phone at this little Caesars. I just got to listen to my boyfriend pretty much get bullied on the phone. Completely unprofessional female manager Didn’t get her name because I was too appalled to even ask. For some Background, my boyfriend has worked for this Little Caesars before and did not leave on bad terms also knows everybody there and was simply trying to get rehired because We are trying to make ends, meet and support my little girl. At first, they were all about hiring them back the general manager known as JP Told him he had no issue hiring him back and as long as his background cleared, he would be able to have the job. His background is clear since He has worked for the job before and has been hired by them before his background should clear. Apparently it didn’t for some reason and they’re just claiming now it’s because they just don’t wanna rehire him no other specified reason. They have been avoiding him, dodging him and now belligerently rude to him. He’s been nice the whole time patient and trying to be cordial. It was completely misleading and rude. And again, I cannot express how horrifically rude. This female manager was on the phone. We asked for the general manager “JP” She proceeded to ask who was calling, Which is we all know is not common practice for fast food employees. To me, she was told to look out for the specific person calling and to not allow him to speak to the GM. Completely unprofessional, rude, and annoying to say the least. We will be calling corporate on the matter because regardless, if you like somebody or not or want to tolerate somebody or not, In a manager position or any position of power, you are to uphold a certain credibility. You have to remain professional, and this woman was completely anything but that.

Staff always friendly. Food is now way overpriced for the quality cutting down on sales volume. When an extra dollar or two can get you domino's/papa johns or a few more and mom and pop pizza that's not "stingy" with toppings
