I never have been inside the old building nor the new building. But the new building is super nice! The fish is good. I haven't been there in a while.

Food has done nothing but go down hill since opening week. Food being served is burnt or so over cooked its like eating rubber. Management nit pics staff so that they're friends are working and quality is Terrible. They remove employees from the schedule for weeks at a time with no notice or warning and when asked why get no response. It seems they removed their good employees from the schedules for "friends" and not based on performance.

They need more training. Honestly they should of just left the place how it was. Portions are a lot smaller. And they always give fish when you ask for chicken

I haven’t had long John’s in a very long time, even before the remodel I haven’t had it. So I just left the hospital to come over and get something to eat because for some reason I was just craving it. I walked in and was not even greeted, just got stared at until I start talking to tell him my order. So I stood in front of the counter to wait for my food to be done and this dude “Chris” who was working was very rude. I did not appreciate his attitude. So I left with my food and got in my car to get eat my cheese bites and they were cold like i bit into them and could literally feel like it was a cube of cheese. So I brought them in and explained to the cashier and he told the manager to remake them and Chris seen me standing there and said “do you need something” I said “i’m waiting on cheese bites to be remade” and he said “I just gave them to you dude” and ofc I did get smart and said “they were cold and im having them remade so please don’t worry about it and leave me be” he was just rude & slammed the box of bites on the counter and walked away. So I can say the employees here do not care what they give you nor do they care to greet you. the whole atmosphere felt way off.

Nice remodel from what I remember when I lived up here.... Had me 16 pcs of chicken in Less than 10 min when they were super busy.

This location was recently remodeled and it is
beautiful. The new staff is rude, unorganized and unprepared on how to handle a busy restaurant. Food is extremely greasy and tasteless. They literally cooking orders bagging it to go bags and throwing it on counter. When I was there was approximately 10 orders mixed between mobile, dine-in, grub hub, drive thru. No way to know what belonged to who. Most of the sodas were out of order in this new restaurant. Who I assumed was a manager instead of helping customers she was cleaning tables. They had approximately 10 employees working but no one leading them. I am not sure if I will go back.
