I haven't been to this, or any, Long John Silver's in quite a while.. but decided to go yesterday for something different. I liked that they moved the speaker/menu to the side of the building. It used to be located in the front, which it made it so difficult to hear with the passing cars. I placed an order online through their website and picked it up in the drive-thru. The food was done exactly when it was supposed be done. The girl at the window was really friendly, as well! Our order was correct, packed neatly, and they even threw in a couple extra hush puppies. The only disappointment was learning LJS switched from the corn on the stick to off-the-cob corn. At least everything else remained consistent! Food was really good!

I've eaten at the Uniontown location a couple of times, and have never had a bad experience with the associates or the food. I order from the A&W selections mostly. My fiance gets the LJS food items, and they look and smell great. No complaints from her either.

Let me tell you how ignorant these people are they messed up our order we went to get it fixed and the manager was so ignorant refused to give us our items and then told my mom to leave. Didn't refund her nor gave her the items that where missing. They were disrespectful and the lady that was the manager acted like a child screaming goodbye at my mom instead of listening to her. So we called she hung up on my mom's bf. This isn't the first time either we have had this problem with them.

If I could rate the customer service negative 5 stars, I would.Waited in the drive-thru almost 15 minutes for someone to take my order, Noone ever came to the speaker. I pulled around to the window, a male worker asked if I needed something ; I explained to him I've been waiting at the speaker and needed to place my order. He said I needed to pull back around. I then explained there's 4/5 cars lined up now because I had been waiting there so long. He said he would take my order, I placed my order waiting another few minutes to pay and leave (hopefully). When a female worker opens the window and tells me I need to pull around, I explained the situation to her again and told her there's a line of cars now and that her co-worker had already taken my order. She said "No you need pulled around!" Absolutely terrible customer service.

Ordered 2 meals and was handed only one .. I had to wait to ask for the second because the lady was eating in the drive thu area , she seemed annoyed when I asked for the second meal . Unprofessional busy eating instead of paying attention to fill an order that was shorted . Will not be back first impressions are very important.
