Very nice employees. I had a huge order and they were very efficient getting it made and out to me. The double cheese burgers were very nicely put together, mot all smashed and the toppings stayed on the top of the burger. Best trip to Mcdonalds I have in Belle Vernon Pa

We went through the drive thru had to tell the girl 4 times that we wanted the $5 meal deal and she kept saying it was busy that’s why she kept asking us the same questions. We told her we needed 2 Big Macs and another larger coke for some reason she thought this was another order. So instead of correcting her we just figured we would pay for it that way. We get to the window and she was talking to some guy and that was why she was distracted. We pay and go to the next window to get our food and drinks and of course only one drink. So instead of us being able to pay for a drink the “manager” tells us we have to drive back around to order it again. Wow that’s great Customer service. I would like the correct thing would have been to give us a small drink and say sorry for the inconvenience. Have a nice evening. No wonder I hardly ever see anyone at this McDonald establishment anymore.

Took my kid in for a scheduled interview April 13th at 7:15 pm and was told no one was there that could do it. Tried talking to someone about rescheduling and they said there’s nothing they can do. Also we both got a double quarter pounder and they were raw. Why is this McDonald’s always such a joke.

I wish I had a better review for this restaurant.
The only time I ever stopped here was October of 2022, when I first moved out to Uniontown. I had $10 in my pocket, was homeless and struggling at the time, and Wanted to get a Quarter Pounder.
I misplaced my money, embarrassed I sat down to check my pockets when one of the employees informed me I was temporarily trespassed for "Making the Manager Uncomfortable" I haven't been back since, both by choice and because I refuse to be promoted any restaurant that would do such a thing to a person already going through soo much.
Any exchange I had with this restaurant has been through DoorDash, even then the service was as cold as the food that was delivered to me.
It took me 2 years to build up the Confidence to write this review, that's how much this experience has traumatized me, and every time I walk past this restaurant, the hurt I feel is refreshed every time. I was not happy, and I was not "loving it"
