I put my order in on the app walked from Grocery Outlet to McDonald's and still waited over 20 minutes. On my order was ready they decided behind the counter and no one was around the handed to me so I had to wait an extra 5-10 minutes to get my food by the time. I actually got my food. It was cold and the half an hour lunch break was gone, so I did not get to enjoy my food or even really try it other than two bites.

Worst experience, paid extra for chicken breast i didn't get, ordered Mike's hot honey sandwich, got charged extra for Mike's sauce and it was all over outside of bun,I had to eat it with a fork. The wait for take out was 20 min, and the staff kept complaining to all the customers that no one is helping them. Ended up paying over 25$ for 1 sloppy sandwich, 2 sm half full sides, 1 breast 1 leg,2 biscuit. Missing extra breast and coleslaw i paid extra for. Probably won't go back

Forgot half my food and didn’t realize until I got all the way home. Shouldn’t have to check the bag to make sure people do their jobs correctly. I’ve done this job, it’s easy. Put in the bag what the screen says. But apparently that’s too hard for some people. And it’s pointless to call and complain because then you’re just told to come back when you’ve already gone all the way home.

The crew was so nice, we had our order taken as soon as we walked in and our food was ready within 5-7 minutes. Everything was actually correct for once.

Consistently getting milkshakes or frappes less than full. This is a small milkshake. The large was also less than full. The fact they knowingly serve these to customers should be considered fraud.
