Everytime I order a Spicy McCrispy and ask for extra Spicy sauce. They literally drown my whole sandwich in it, like it was just dunked in a bucket of sauce and served in nothing but sauce. Like how do you eat something so soggy?

Such loud indecent profanity coming from behind the counter and from a supervisor I think so much so that the workers were embarrassed of her ignorance. I will never bring my grandchildren here again until some responsible supervision steps in. DISGUSTING

This location is normally our top pick of the three that are Uniontown but the last time we visited, their soda fountains were down with no warning to customers so our only drink options were frozen drinks, certain coffee drinks (because of course the ice cream machine never works), or tea. None of us drink tea and I'm not giving my children coffee with their meals. My son tried to return to same location two consecutive days after this visit, still no soda, still no signage or warning until you try to order. UNACCEPTABLE

I prefer to go to this location because my order is pretty much always correct. However, this past Saturday, that wasn’t the case. I don’t live close, so I wasn’t going to drive another hour, round trip, to take it back. I called today, and spoke with Wendy, and she took care of everything. She replaced my meal and was incredibly kind about the whole situation. Sometimes mistakes are made, although rare at this one, but it’s how you fix the mistake that matters to me. I think they handled it perfectly. Thank you Wendy and your team for the great customer service.
