Absolutely the SLOWEST McDonalds in history!! Went inside for a sweet tea because the drive thru line was full….i waited 15 mins for them to hand me a cup! I figured it was dinner rush so whatever. Tried again a few weeks later (today)… 35 mins for two happy meals!!! I’m sorry but that’s ridiculous. You can’t pay with cash inside because it’s ran by kiosks. I absolutely hate this location.

I am a loyal customer of McDonald's, I love the sugar free iced coffee, I haven't always had the best experience with this one . I have to only drink the sugar free due to my avoidance of sugar , and they continue to give me the wrong thing, multiple times.and today was the worst experience I've ever had , I ordered a sugar free iced coffee through the drive thru, and got this ..looks like there was no coffee even into the cup, it's all creamer and no flavor the first trip, so then I turned around and went in , and this is what they make me..now all creamer , no coffee and flavor... Where the hell is the coffee in this ..completely unacceptable. I believe there are only certain employees of this McDonald's that know what they r doing , a good one who makes it perfect how I always order is crystal . She's a shorter girl with reddish hair ..maybe let her train them... DO BETTER McDonald's!!!

We went in at 8pm. The sign says dining room closes at 10pm. There was only three places to sit in the ENTIRE restaurant. Whoever manages this place sucks. We had to sit near the restrooms. The first booth was taken up by a worker not there, but their stuff was. Then a male thin person started to mop around us. He seemed annoying that we had the nerve to dine in. He sprayed cleaner on the floor to mop (which is odd) but sprayed by us too. The mist spreads in the air and could have gotten into our food. This place is a mess. They typically don't put on the lights outside to avoid getting traffic/customers. I'm sure the owner would love that.We will not return and the owner needs to speak to his employees and the manager needs to train them better. It's rude to only seat customers near the bathroom instead of the main dining area when you have TWO HOURS LEFT OPEN.
