I prefer to go to this location because my order is pretty much always correct. However, this past Saturday, that wasn’t the case. I don’t live close, so I wasn’t going to drive another hour, round trip, to take it back. I called today, and spoke with Wendy, and she took care of everything. She replaced my meal and was incredibly kind about the whole situation. Sometimes mistakes are made, although rare at this one, but it’s how you fix the mistake that matters to me....

Let's just say that McDonald's will Always be the same but when it comes to the service, I understand that you have the kiosks now but You can't have 1 person stand and take orders for ppl and help when they're done. 2 older ppl stood waiting while ppl working just turned around looking and kept talking...Everyone Does Not want to order through the Kiosk.
