After leaving a 5 star review a few years ago after my last 2 experience. I won't be going back. We walk there every Friday for pizza and other food. Last week the kids that were hanging out there tried to steal my sons scooter. Now today while waiting for food the same group of kids came and it was a whole ordeal between the kids and 1 of there family members that showed up as well for a door dash. Trying to fight. I'm not fighting no women so I walked home figured I'll go back. In the process lady trys to hit me with her car. Which you can tell she hit something before.anyways I go back the kids are still there just setting inside. Thank God my food was done. Last time I'll step foot into that place without change. I thought it was a restaurant not a hang out for bad ass kids.

Why is there no list of the toppings..how can i choose my toppings if you don't list them at the online menu..i ordered a dozen chicken wings plain as crisp as they can fry them..i got 10 rubber wings..apparently they cant count to a dozen..and i got a build your own calzone..i ask for meatballs,taco meat and monzerrella ONLY..they put ricotta in it..i never ask for ricotta..build your own is what i want not what they feel should go in it..it was awful with the ricotta..they text me to ask about the food..i said no good and they would rather argue then listen to the customer..she claimed it comes with ricotta..well not made to order..that means whatever I want in the calzone..and i did not ask for ricotta...and my wife had to go home a deep fry her 10 wings to get them crispy..these people take your order they just don't listen to what you want or they just don't care...i will not be returning here again...prices are to high to order from a place that gets all the food wrong..and doesn't even try to make it right for you..rip off..

Oak Pizza is an incredible pizza parlor. Their lead cook Tiffany Swaney is a phenomenal Pizza pie maker and cook. Every time she makes my pizza or calzones, they are better than I imagined them to be. Also they are one of the VERY FEW pizza parlors anywhere in the area that I know about that serves slices. Nothing but great things to say about Oak (One of a kind) Pizza. Again all the staff & owners are awesome. Hands down my FAVORITE is Tiffany she is phenomenal cook

61 dollars plus I believe 10 dollars tip to pick up two pizza one of which was soggy plus a small fri that was cold and chewy. I don't recommend this place this is the second time here the first experience was not good but I don't normally leave a poor review for just one visit and the first visit was not as bad as this last one.. high price soggy food.. just say no..

I was a 1st time customer, I went in with my Two friends to get a Pizza, some wings and a 2L.
The brunette that took our order, was disrespectful and rude to me and my friend, as we were looking at the menu and taking our order, treating us like we were dumb.
When I received my food, the quality was good, and the woman with red/blonde hair who was the delivery driver was polite and kind when I picked up the food, which made me and my friend feel a little bit better.
Overall Experience was a mixed bag of goods, I probably would return, but I'd probably order over the phone, because the in-person experience made me feel unwanted as a customer. 3 Stars is a Fair Review for my Experience.
I'd recommend a review of your Employee's Conduct and teach them some basic manners and respect for people.
