They gave me a pizza with hair on it & I don’t want a “free pizza” so they can mess it up again . When I said I want my money refund . They said I had to dig in the trash and make sure the pizza was half eaten & then return it to them so they can “throw it away” then they would give me a refund… The staff is rude . I called to tried to address the situation. And a 14 year old took the phone off the lady who I was originally talking to . Yelling at me and telling me if I had a problem so bad then come down to the restaurant myself . And my husband had took the phone and settled their situation. I am so upset over this ordeal . I threw up and was so disgusted . I was literally crying because I ate someone’s hair & instead of showing empathy towards me and my emotions . Oh and the manager of the staff when I called them today they said I was being “loud and ghetto” to my husband so I see that they are discriminating me also The staff tried to make it seem like I was being overdramatic over a “13” dollar pizza .thats what they said in their words . But to me it was bigger than that.

After leaving a 5 star review a few years ago after my last 2 experience. I won't be going back. We walk there every Friday for pizza and other food. Last week the kids that were hanging out there tried to steal my sons scooter. Now today while waiting for food the same group of kids came and it was a whole ordeal between the kids and 1 of there family members that showed up as well for a door dash. Trying to fight. I'm not fighting no women so I walked home figured I'll go back. In the process lady trys to hit me with her car. Which you can tell she hit something before.anyways I go back the kids are still there just setting inside. Thank God my food was done. Last time I'll step foot into that place without change. I thought it was a restaurant not a hang out for bad ass kids.

Why is there no list of the toppings..how can i choose my toppings if you don't list them at the online menu..i ordered a dozen chicken wings plain as crisp as they can fry them..i got 10 rubber wings..apparently they cant count to a dozen..and i got a build your own calzone..i ask for meatballs,taco meat and monzerrella ONLY..they put ricotta in it..i never ask for ricotta..build your own is what i want not what they feel should go in it..it was awful with the ricotta..they text me to ask about the food..i said no good and they would rather argue then listen to the customer..she claimed it comes with ricotta..well not made to order..that means whatever I want in the calzone..and i did not ask for ricotta...and my wife had to go home a deep fry her 10 wings to get them crispy..these people take your order they just don't listen to what you want or they just don't care...i will not be returning here again...prices are to high to order from a place that gets all the food wrong..and doesn't even try to make it right for you..rip off..

Oak Pizza is an incredible pizza parlor. Their lead cook Tiffany Swaney is a phenomenal Pizza pie maker and cook. Every time she makes my pizza or calzones, they are better than I imagined them to be. Also they are one of the VERY FEW pizza parlors anywhere in the area that I know about that serves slices. Nothing but great things to say about Oak (One of a kind) Pizza. Again all the staff & owners are awesome. Hands down my FAVORITE is Tiffany she is phenomenal cook
