Delicious! I’ve been here a couple times in the last couple months. The staff are very friendly. The food is delicious. It’s usually not busy in there, but the dining area is really clean and nicely decorated. They start out by asking if anyone in the party has any allergies, which I really appreciate. I am a Celiac and I really enjoy them starting out with this rather than having to explain my allergy when ordering! All allergens are clearly indicated on the menu and many dishes can be made to cater to your specific allergy. I felt very safe here. I highly recommend for everyone, including those with allergies/dietary restrictions!
I used to love this restaurant when I visited Uniontown but it seems new owners have taken over who do not know how to cook the previous menu. The quality has significantly decreased but the prices are the same. I ordered beef pho that was just completely wrong. The beef was overcooked and too thick. They used spaghetti noodles instead of vermicelli, rice or even udon noodles. The soup had huge chucks of raw onion, the cilantro was rancid, and no bean sprouts were included. The spring rolls were hard (old rice paper) and filled with iceberg lettuce and imitation 'krab' meat. No peanut sauce was included and they were oddly cut. I've never even seen a spring roll this bad before. The diablo noodles were nothing like they used to be and it was something that we got all the time. It's listed as udon but again, included spaghetti noodles. The salad had iceberg lettuce, random tomatoes, and was soaked in dressing. Really disappointed in this experience
Ordered take out for the first time and purchased about $80 worth of food. Everything was practically inedible. The chicken teriyaki tasted nothing like teriyaki and the chicken itself was overdone and salty, the fried rice was even overcooked and salty, the sushi and sashimi were bland, even my salad was taken over by the taste of raw ginger, the dumplings were nothing like I've ever seen (they were literally a paper thin wonton wrapper filled with pork, folded in half and fried. The pork filling was ok but the wrapper was like burn flaky paper dripping in oil). We didn't even get everything we purchased. We won't be returning. My husband and I LOVE asian food but this was not it.
Great staff and great food. Their customer service is the best hands down. New owner is awesome!!
This was the best sushi experience I've ever had in my whole life! Fresh, delicious, flavorful, creative, incredible presentation, personable, friendly and informative staff. I would honestly scrub dishes for sushi at this place. I cannot recommend this incredible gem of an eatery enough! My husband made reservations the day before for Valentine's day and it was the best date ever! please just stop what you are doing and run don't walk to this incredible fusion bistro! ps: they also host sushi rolling classes!
Best Sushi around! Menu has lots more to try. Highly recommended by me!
Hidden gem we found tonight. Everything was delicious.
Wonderful little place! The food was absolutely AMAZING. The owner and staff are so nice. Please try this place and support local business. ❤????
New ownership has led to a major plummet in quality of ingredients and restaurant atmosphere but with the same prices. We’ve returned twice since the changeover and both times were very disappointed. My husband and I used to order three rolls of sushi for around $50 and it was outstanding. Now we receive gas station quality sushi for $50.
December 30, 2021. Our first time visiting the new "Nguyens Fusion Bistro" (under new management since 2020). Will NEVER be back unfortunately. They told us to make a reservation then we were the only 2 in there (we should've left right then & there!) The place is disgusting, down to the menus. I didn't even want to touch them. The glasses she brought were even filthy. The bathroom is awful, literally facial hair all over the sink. Toilet was filth. They must be living there or something. The sushi was the worst we've ever had. The rice didn't stay together and it just LOOKED gross. Our check was literally greasy notepad paper. For $80 in sushi? Not acceptable. The woman chef was polite, that's the only positive thing I'll say. So disappointed because Nguyens was always our go to sushi spot.**Hands down our favorite sushi place! Highly recommended! (This was my review in 2016 when it was the original Nguyens)

Very good food and personable staff
Sushi was horrid, tasted way too fishy...roll wrapped loosly...the chef lady was very nice, I think the ingredients she was given to work with are subpar ...don't waster your time, nothing like the previous owners quality
Hosted our party of 10 with a one man crew, everything was delicious and as prompt as possible!
Tasty sushi rolls and awesome service!! Loved the vegetarian options!! Would come back!
The girl that makes the sushi makes such good suggestions and Kind isn't the word! Definitely go for good food and sushi that's amazing in a fun homelike atmosphere
